The kids and I had a great experience. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. We did experience a fire alarm that was disruptive and scary for the kids but it was out of the hotels control.

3rd time staying! The location is fantastic as is the price.

Horrible staff. Horrible customer service. Genuinely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at in my life. Do not go here. They don’t take accountability for how awful they are which you will find very evident in their replies to reviews.

The room we were was given smelled terribly of stale smoke, urine and mold. We ended up going home is was unbearable

We didnt have a balcony, but we were around many attractions.

Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything from joining rooms. Furniture was worn out. Had to change rooms. Wasn’t impressed. Regret whole trip.

Yes the shops are nearby and the balcony has a beautiful view of Clifton Hill.

Front desk girl was rude and unhelpful. Rooms arent being well kept - every corner and all along the walls had debris that housekeeping is clearly neglecting in their haste to clean rooms and move on.

The staff was cooperative but the interior of the room and space was not as good as it shows in the pictures of the Expedia profile. The curtains were not good and that was not able to close it properly.

Staff, room and amenities were not good at all. Toilet not working, plugged, running toilet water all day and night. Some staff was rude and didnt want to rectify the situatuon at all.

Staff was nice and professional. The rooms could be cleaner but I guess if you’re not planning on spending too much time in the room it’s okay. Very close to all the attractions and lots of parking on the property.

Clean room , comfortable mattress

The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Had towels of heart shaped swans on our bed. Has anlarge mini fridge and lots of space to store your clothes. They had slippers on the bed. But a sign said $5 and are super thin. So we opted out. Excited to see them. And if they had been better quality we would have used them. Our balcony had a great view of clifton hill. Close walk to it and the casino.

Small bathroom. Need more light in rooms

Few repairs needed. Atleast water should be provided.
