From 13/02 till 17/02 total we have booking 12 rooms in this five star hotel. Because our itinerary has changed, we want cancel one room on 17/02. But the manager did not explain or express sorry after hearing this. It just told us strongly that if the payment has been made, there is no refund! The manager's attitude quite unreasonable! I also want to say that as a 5 star hotel, it doesn't serve razors. We booked view rooms. But the glass was stained a lot, which was pretty bad. Worse is breakfast, not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel at all. Except simple porridge, fried rice, noodles, salad, you have no other choice. So bad experience in Vinpearl!
