Hotel bien ubicado, en zona y calle tranquila con buena oferta de comercios y restaurantes.

Ubicación en Providencia estupenda,línea uno del metro al lado.Se llega andando a la Torre Costanera Center. Un super al lado. Magnífico.

La zona en la que se encuentra el hotel es muy tranquila y se puede caminar de noche. Las instalaciones se ven modernas y en buen estado. El personal siempre servicial. Room service cómodo, práctico, rápido y comida de calidad. Buen desayuno.

Hotel bem localizado, novo, com boa estrutura de quarto, banheiro e bar. Super legal o filtro de água para reabastecer as garrafas vazias. No final que semana que estivemos, tivemos problemas com um dos elevadores (que causava filas imensas para subir ou descer) e o frigobar do quarto estava desligado.

The suite for the week was perfect. They cleaned the room every day and it was great. Absolutely going back.

I like the Novotel chain very much, however our experience with Novotel Santiago Providencia was very poor. The room we SPECIFICALLY book for a view on a high floor was facing a WALL OF THE OTHER BUILDING. The WHINEY guy at the front desk said "you only said high floor". No, no we didn't... The bath towels not only were stained with god only knows what and full of holes or shaved half way through. The floors in the room were filthy, full of dust and dirt, next to the headboards especially. We got sick from eating the undercooked eggs and other parts the buffet were just nasty. The chairs were thoroughly stained and unclean. The coffee machine was out of order but the staff offered Nespresso coffee for a fee. The breakfast staff were awful and unpleasant to deal with. They obviously did not want us there. I regret my stay at Novotel Providencia and will NEVER RETURN.

Excelente hotel, super confortável e bem localizado na Providencia, próximo a bons restaurantes, cafés e ao shopping center. Limpeza impecável e ótimo atendimento.

Our stay at Novotel Santiago Provedencia was OK. The front desk was not that friendly. Not all of the front desk staff spoke English. The quality of towels were not good in the room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel location is good and in a safe neighborhood.

Buena opcion por ubicacion y servicio

Os quartos bem arrumados, hotel limpo e um ambiente agradável. Único ponto negativo é a inexistência de recuo para parar.

Hotel muito bom, cama confortável, banheiro com chuveiro bom, proximo a restaurantes. Cafe da manha variado, mas poderia ter mais opções p/ quem tem restrição alimentar.

Estadia excelente, localização excelente, quarto top, café da manhã bem diversificado e tudo muito gostoso, funcionários prestativos.

Ótima estadia, porém o café da manhã pode melhorar

Ótimo hotel, novo, muito bem localizado! Perto do shopping Costanera e do MUT ( mercado com lojas e gastronomia, muito legal). Próximo a estações de metrô e comércio. O quarto é confortável e limpo, achei muito bom o custo benefício. Atendimento atencioso, concederam early check in e late check out sem custo. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem dúvida, valeu muito pelo valor da diária.
