The room was very clean, staff were friendly and the onsen was excellent with hardly any other guests. The hotel is in a great central location with lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in close proximity. I’d definitely stay there again

ハリウッドツインとスーペリアツインがあって両方全く同じ広さでしたが、ベットの配置を選んで、少し値段の高かった方のスーペリアツインを予約しました。 部屋に行くとハリウッドツインのベット配置。間違いだと思ってフロントに聞くと、ベットとベットの間が空いてたら、スーペリアツイン、くっついてたらハリウッドツイン、私の部屋は空いてるからスーペリアツインだと言われました。両方部屋の面積が同じで、ベットが少し離れてるか離れてないかだけ。　だったら安い方にして、自分たちでちょっとベッド動かしたら良かったと思いました。ここは失敗だと思いました。
