Our hosts Nevenka and Yvonna were exceptional hosts always attending to our needs, and sharing dinner and activity recommendations. The property is very well maintained and the rooms were spotless.

Lovely host and room air con was a blessing given 35c outside. Everything we needed was there even water cooling in the fridge. Brilliant location for access to both the tourist port area and the more local area which was about a third of the cost in the port area. Only thing to be aware of is pulling the cases up the hill to the rooms.

Incrível estadia em Split em um apartamento central, moderno e com uma host muito amigável e prestativa. Ótima localização para visitar a cidade e as praias, além de ótimos restaurantes por perto.

The rooms are perfectly located, right in the heart of Old Town, only a couple of minutes from the Riva. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Despite this, the rooms and courtyard are quiet and peaceful. As a family, we appreciated having two adjoining rooms separated by a shared kitchenette which made it possible to prepare simple meals. Both rooms had a fridge for cold drinks. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nevenka was a wonderful host, making us feel very welcome in Split and checking that we had all we needed. She also has great local knowledge for the best beaches and restaurants to visit All in all, we really couldn't fault Central Old Town and would highly recommend to anyone looking for central, comfortable accommodation in Split.

We had an amazing time staying here, Nevenka and her cousin were absolutely fantastic hosts, we could not of asked for more. The room was so clean and it was lovely and quiet. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Split, highly recommend. Janine and Clare

Majoitus vastasi täysin lupauksia. Hotellihuone oli todella siisti ja uudenveroinen. Paikka oli rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Wifi toimi moitteetta. Nevenka oli ystävällinen ja antoi hyviä neuvoja mm. liikkumiseen ja nähtävyyksiin kaupungilla. Häneltä sai tarvittaessa apua helposti. Sijainti oli loistava, kauppoja ja ravintoloita sekä vanhakaupunki muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä majoitusta.

The owner was super helpful she's a very nice lady is easy to contact and replied promptly. The location is excellent for sightseeing and walking, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The owner upon Check-in met with me and provided a local map with many recommendations, I wish I was staying here longer. I would definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely come back and stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Central Old Town Rooms. My room was quiet, clean and spacious. It is within walking distance to the historic part of town, yet far enough away from the crowds of tourists and noise. I easily walked to the peak of Telegrin Peak for a great view of the city. The best part of my stay was the hospitality of Nevenka who met me when I arrived and provided so much helpful information about Split. I would definitely stay here again.

Muy buena estadía, la hostess, muy amable. Nos guardó una maleta, dos días mientras viajábamos a Bosnia, nos dejó el equipaje guardado después del check out. La llegada tiene una pequeña pendiente pero nada grave. Lo único malo fue que nos trataron de robar el celular cerca del apartamento, los ladrones se desplazaban en moto.

A conseiller absolument! J'ai passé un super séjour! La localisation est idéale : à 2 minutes à pied de la Place de la République et tout près de la Colline du Marjan. La chambre est parfaite, très agréable et très propre, strictement conforme aux photos sur le site. La kitchenette est très pratique et on y trouve tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et ustensiles (j'avais loué un studio). Le balcon est très plaisant pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner ou le repas. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Vraiment rien à dire de négatif.

Amazing place close to everything, cleaned the room s are very good but the thing that makes it so different and stands out is the landlady (Nevenka) she was amazing always giving tips where to go and places to eat also when we needs help with the bags she was right there to help 😀

A wonderful place to stay. Great location with easy walking access to all major attractions in the old town, also close to viewpoint at marjan park with some lovely areas to walk around. The host Nevanka was incredibly helpful providing a map and plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Is also a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
