Great place in a fantastic area. Rooms are nice but my view was of an inner courtyard. Roof hotel has a great view but they are a bit of a pain there. Don't bother with breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of cafes 5mins away with better coffee and croissant. Remember it is IHG so if you book through hotels.com you won't get points

Centrally located and extremely helpful staff

Jag och min dotter bodde här en långhelg fredag till söndag, vi är nöjda med allt på hotellet från incheckningen till utcheckningen, vi nyttjade frukost,gym och baren, vi åt lunch och middag på stan, vi kan om vi återvänder återkomma til hotellet.

Lovely and perfect location.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. They spoke excellent English which was great for us. The location is close to lots of cafes and wine bars. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs to order, bacon, sausage, potatoes, crepes fruit, yogurt....fresh pastries.... Pretty much everything you would want in a breakfast. Even the view from the patio was stunning.

Hotel was lovely. Check-in was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. Plenty of options for breakfast. My only negative was the heating/cooling in the bedroom. We could not turn it down. It was so hot

Huge tv, bar fridge, bath robes and slippers, air conditioning, restaurant, Kerig coffee maker and nice bath and lotions offered. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Chartrons, wonderful staff (that was very proficient in English) & close to everything in Bordeaux. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back. This is city that is meant to be walked, & one couldn’t ask for a better home base to start from daily. Bring your best sneakers & go enjoy this gem in SW France. *cheat code* pay for the daily breakfast…. you can pick from the entire menu & have it served daily, in bed, & no extra charge! *And don’t miss the rooftop bar. Phenomenal views up there of the entire city w/ a full menu of drinks.

Hotel légèrement décentré mais tres accessible avec le tramways. Hotel rénové et bien décoré.

the location was the best, easy to get everywhere and we walked to our river cruise, 5 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and could order from the menu too
