Wonderful stay!

The location is one of the most fabulous. The hotel is great. Food is sometimes great sometimes average. Choose a room with a lake view... sunset is amazing. The lake is sublime too. All in all a great experience. We are going back next year

Had a magical stay. Scenery is breathtaking and the hotel facilities were first class. I will never forget relaxing in the spa surrounded by snowcapped mountains

Dated property in need of extensive renovations. Service is terrible and unfriendly. Food was either bland or over-salted, fish was overcooked and tasteless. Honestly the best thing at dinner were the chicken nuggets from the kids station. We ate in town our second night rather than have the hotel dinner we already paid for. Location is beautiful.

The facility claims to be smoke free, but except, people can smoke on their balconies. Since there is not air conditioning, that means your “smoke free” rooms gets filled with 2nd hand smoke. I checked in for a 4 day trip at 7pm on a Saturday and checked out at 9am Sunday. I ended up paying for the 1st night, but then I was charged for the 2nd night I didn’t use. I didn’t pay for the last 2 nights, except for the Expedia commission. I do not write negative reviews. The facilities look great, but if you are sensitive to smoke…BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Absolutely amazing, from the food (included in the price), to the facility, the view, and the employees everything was perfect. We came for our honeymoon and my husband's birthday for just a few days and wish we had stayed for a month. This place is literally an absolute dream.

Ein Wellnessbereich, der alles übertrifft, was ich bisher gesehen habe 👍. Aber man muss gut zu Fuß sein. Die Wege sind ewig, das Hotel ist eine "Stadt".

Wunderschöne Lage am See, Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, schöner Badestrand am See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen war ausgezeichnet (Frühstück, Mittags- und Nachmittagssnack in Buffetform, abends 5-Gang Menu). Angebot für Schön- und Schlechtwetter zum aktiv sein oder relaxen durch abwechslungsreiches Aktivprogramm, Wellness- und Spabereich… insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

L hôtel en lui même est une belle structure avec un emplacement magnifique juste devant le lac. Les zones piscine et spa sont agréables. Le personnel agréable et professionnel. Le très gros point négatif de cet hôtel est sa politique de gestion. On sent que le compte de résultat prévaut sur les clients et la qualité. La demi pension était exécrable malgré des produit frais certes, mais de premier prix donc de mauvaise qualité. Le buffet pour enfant présentait de la nourriture exécrable et limite industrielle très mal cuite alors que le prix de la demi pension pour les enfants est facturée au prix fort. Même la carafe d eau est facturée 1,5 euros, une vraie politique de radin à ce niveau de qualité. Manque d entretien dans la piscine et sur les infrastructures pour sûrement économiser un salaire. La chambre est grande et propre mais la déco est en mode ultra économique histoire encore d économiser sur le mobilier. Nous étions venu il y a plus de 10 ans avec un souvenir d un vrai hôtel familial au top à tous les niveaux, là nous repartons avec le souvenir d être considéré comme un simple portefeuille où chaque euro prévaut sur le client. Dommage. Autrement dit la tarification de l hôtel ne justifie pas les prestations surtout pour un 4 étoiles sup.

このホテルはフシュル湖畔にあるホテルで、スパ施設が充実しています。室内と室外にあるプールは水温が暖かいので寒い日にもプールに入れます。フシュル湖はあまり観光化されていないため静かにホテルでの滞在を楽しむためには良いホテルと思います。

Excellent service and excellent facilities. It is the third time we are there. we have special culinary requirements and the staff went over their way to satisfy our special needs.

Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und frisch gestrichen, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tolles Essen und kostenloses Mittagessen.

朝食・夕食付きだとは知らずに予約したので、現地の友人達二人は一緒には食べられない（満席で）との事で、外で食事をしたので夕食が無駄になってしまった。宿泊代が高価なのは夕食込みだったせいだったので、残念でした。
