This is a budget-friendly hotel, so I came in with realistic expectations. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but a few things made the experience less comfortable than I hoped. The key would sometimes get stuck in the door lock, and I had to figure out a certain way to tweak it to get it back out. It wasn’t a major issue once I got used to it, but it was a bit inconvenient. There was also a one-time problem where the water shut off unexpectedly during the night. It was back on by morning, so it seems like a rare occurrence, but the timing wasn’t ideal. The hotel itself is painted in darker tones, which gave it a slightly unwelcoming vibe, though I did feel safe during my stay. On the plus side, the A/C worked well, and there are cold drinks available for purchase in the lobby. The location is convenient, with cafes, shops, and the city center nearby. I also liked being close to The Huckleberry, which was a nice spot to eat. There’s no parking available, which is something to keep in mind if you’re driving. All in all, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable, but I personally prefer a more comfortable stay, so I likely wouldn’t return.

The front desk personnel were terrible. The WiFi would not stay connected for even 1 minute. The parking was hit or miss. There were 4 hr. Room rates with a massage parlor next door - ???. DONT STAY HERE.

It's ok, rooms are small everything works, bathroom and air conditioning work's, if you're in a tight budget i guess i do recommend it, for me it workout because I was trying to know the area.

冷房ではなく、うるさい送風機。暑くて更にモーターがうるさくて眠れなかった。設備の記載を修正すべき。 シャワーのお湯はしっかりでた。シャワー室の背の届かない所にある窓が開けっぱなしで虫がはいり放題。立地はよい。

No place to hang your clothes. No table .

Personally the best stay in the area. Nothing else comes close than to Aikiko house. Ive always loved my stay here.

This is the best hotel in the area. So many nearby options for night life plus its well lighted and safe. Really good location and price.

I love this hotel. Very clean. Quite, awesome staff. If you plan to stay downtown Davao this is the location for you. In walking distance to many restaurants and shopping stores plus Peoples Park.

It is located in the center of the city. Everything is walking distance.

Nice hotel woth small rooms. TV did not work, but shower was good. There was hair on the floor, nevertheless I would stay here again.

Nice place for the price, nothing super special about the place, but had everything I needed and everything worked. Cant beat the location. This will be my go to hotel when in Davao.
