Excellent option if staying in Zadar. Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff and convinient hotel taxi into old town.

Simply the best place we have ever stayed in.

A lovely spotlessly clean b & b with good sized comfortable rooms. Good breakfast too

Faultless. We had the corner room with large terrace which was great as always had sun. If you want peace and quiet and to relax then this is for you. Real quality hotel , finished to a high standard. 40 min walk to the town (the hotel will take you for 7 euro - and it's about the same for an Uber later) 20 min walk to the beach , and a really nice walk round there - and also lots of nice restaurants on that street from hotel meditaran to bar bamboo.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, es gab tägliche Reinigung und genügend Handtücher. Das gesamte Personal – vom Manager über den Fahrer bis zum Roomservice – war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, nur 8–10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Altstadt. Frühstück gibt es täglich zu einem fairen Preis, und auch der hoteleigene Taxiservice war super praktisch. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – sehr zu empfehlen!

An amazing stay! Would definitely come again. The staff were wonderful. So kind and attentive. It was spotless and the rooms were large and cosy. The taxi service for airport transfers was so helpful and our driver was kind enough to stop for us when he passed us walking back to the hotel one evening! The outdoor space was beautiful. So many places to sit, lounge or eat, you were never fighting for space. I can't wait to stay again it was well worth it. Definitely 5 stars, but the only things I would suggest are a sign for the door to say whether you want a turn down service or not, and maybe a separate room for the business to hold luggage in for security.

This is an immaculate and jaw-dropping place. The location is stupendous (if you have a car). The place entirely zen like peaceful. Staff are out of this world. Breakfast at 12 Euros is great. The coffee needs to come up to the level that Demar itself is. I’ll go there anytime.

Just back from an amazing stay at Demar. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Room is very spacious and clean. Lovely pool area. The owner is extremely friendly and there to answer any questions you have. Breakfast is a great add on. In a quiet area but taxis are readily available and cheap to get to the old town. I would recommend Demar to anyone who is visiting Zadar.

Nice, large apartments about half an hour walk from the old town. Parking outside.

Very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was superb - the best we experienced in Croatia. The staff were pleasant & helpful & the 7euro transport to the old town very convenient.

Modern and comfortable accommodation, fully equipped and with parking. Breakfast was very good with plenty of healthy choices in a nice setting. Hosts were very helpful. The hotel offers a transportation service to the Old Town and airport at a reasonable fee. Would recommend.

The property was clean and inviting. The bathroom was huge and modern

2 wonderful bathrooms with a nice master bedroom. Full kitchen. Large balcony with sea view. Pool. Easy parking and multiple restaurants in walking distance. Tip: do not leave the balcony door open if you dont want mosquitos in the apartment 😉
