Clean room , great location and amazing view

Sehr modernes und sauberes Appartement in hervorragender Lage mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht auf Split und das Meer. Besonders positiv überrascht haben uns die sehr guten, schalldichten Fenster – trotz Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Wichtig zu wissen: Man sollte genau darauf achten, ob man nur ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC oder das ganze Appartement bucht. Die Fotos können etwas irreführend sein, da bei verschiedenen Kategorien teilweise dieselben Bilder verwendet werden. Ausserdem sollte man gut zu Fuss sein: Es gibt keinen Aufzug und man muss 93 Treppenstufen bewältigen. Für uns war das machbar, aber für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität wichtig zu wissen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen.

This was a great first stay in Split for me. The room was at the top of about 7 flights of stairs which is a fun final kick at the end of a long day. The room is perfect and the view was spectacular. Only one thing to note, the building is exposed to an incredibly noisy part of Split. Expect loud noise pretty much 24/7. Was kept up until past midnight and awakened by 6:30am every day.

We had a wonderful stay! A perfect, “off the strip” property that gave us everything we needed! Comfortable bed & pillows, great size of room, entry & bathroom. Location was what amazed us. Being just a blocks away from the Riva and the view of the Marina was perfect!

The room was absolutely beautiful, amazing view, and comfortably decorated and equipped. The stuff was friendly and kind, and was very responsive when we needed them with good solutions. Centrally located and with a market right next to the building. Aspects to note: it's not a luxury hotel, but the room is really luxurious - totally worth it for the price. Great quality. The building is pretty old and there are 4 floors of stairs until the apartment. Improvement opportunity: the TV. It's very old, it doesn't have cable nor smart features, so it's rather useless as it is.

Ice cold AC, amazing view overlooking the entire harbor! Good communication. Would definitely stay here again. This is not a traditional hotel but more of several apartments. Check in was smooth, we texted to drop off our bags at 1000 AM then they texted us around lunch the code to get in. Just give them a heads up if you want to drop off bags because there is no front desk so someone has to meet you and let you in. The only minor issues was the doors to the apartment were stiff and you kind of had to slam them shut. Not a big deal and should be an easy fix for them to resolve it just needs to be done. Would highly recommend this place!

Arrived early toma let us in. Entrance way into building very dirty bin overflowing. Went up to apartment a lot of stairs, stairs very challenging very step and so many. Apartment very nice but thing fell if wall towel holder and toilet holder very loose. Unable to sit on balcony as it had just a table and no chairs. There was supposed to be a welcome gift on arrival but there was nothing in the room. Cleaner had left a bag of rubbish though. Apart from all that bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very central. I would 100% recommend Croatia to all people friendly and country very clean.

Incredible viand a short distance to everything we needed while in Split!

Toller Blick auf den schönsten Teil Splits. Direkt im historischen Zentrum mit Meerblick. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet, gute Betreuung durch Toma, den netten Gastgeber, der uns auch tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafes und Bars gegeben hat. ☀️

The room itself is great with a gorgeous view, however to access the room you enter through a very strange door into a dirty area that looks unsafe before climbing 6 flights of stairs.

Toma was an excellent host. Spot is in a very good location opposite the Riva. Easy walk to everything! Room was recently renovated and very well kept. Overall a positive experience.

Beautiful room with even better view of the port. No problem with check in and the one key card got us into all doors which was convenient. The apartment is steps from the palace and town center. Only challenge was the 4 floor walk up but we were warned so no surprises. Great place and highly recommended.

Great stay with probably the best view of Split you can get. Toma was especially helpful and very responsive. He made us feel welcome.

Nice view of the harbour, comfy apartment with the essentials. Check in could be improved, and the cleaning fee wasn’t clear prior to arrival. Great location for everything you needed and the air con was a lifesaver.

Hyggelig leilighet med gode senger og en flott utsikt. Liten balkong, men greit. Beliggende sentralt til gamlebyen og spisesteder. Ca. 20 minutter å gå til stranda. Hyggelig vert. Ble overrasket over at det var 5. etasje uten heis, men godt med litt trim.

excellent location, very clean. The only inconvenient is for those people who can't use stairs cause It's on a 4 floor and no elevators. Otherwise it is very good with an amazing view.

It’s located in the center of central part of town. You can’t get better than that. It has a great view of the sea port. Toma greeted us when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t mind to walk the steps to the 4th floor. That’s very normal for a lot of small hotels in Croatia.

It's in the center, Bathtub need to improve. So slippery
