The hotel is clean, decorated beautifully and comfortable. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The outside is clean, nearby parking and quiet. The restaurant has delicious food. It is a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant was very nice, very affordable and the staff were amazing. Great customer service all around! Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Typical casino hotel. Lobby smelled of cigarettes and food was ok.

Everything in the room and bathroom was fully cleaned, mini-fridge and k-cup coffee maker worked well, staff were all friendly and professional.

I was some what reluctant to book a stay here after reading some reviews but I was very happy with the room and with the hotel. It was a great place for the price.

The casino could do better with the food and staff need to be more helpful and friendly.

Room was nice and comfortable. The entire property is no smoking and no alcohol policy. YES NO ALCOHOL IN THE ROOM. The property still smelled like cigarette though. Overall, room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location for a trip to four corners.

Room was so clean and quiet. Had a balcony looking out at the mountains. Bed was comfortable. Had plenty of hot water.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The cigarette smell lasted all night and disappeared sometimes in the early morning. My guess is the smell was coming from the casino smoking area that share the same vent as the 2nd floor of the hotel. There were hotel goodie bags on our beds when we arrived but they were addressed to someone else so we didnt bother the bags and left them in the room.

Room was great, but the restaurant needs improvement. For a buffet, there aren't that many food options.
