The exterior areas were well maintained but the room was not. A significant ceiling area had been patched and not painted, the shower was dirty with rusted/stained hardware and curtain. The bed was comfortable and clean but given the state of conditions otherwise, it was an uncomfortable stay.

Everything was good, I've stayed here many times, but since the last time I stayed they got rid of the tiny soaps which is good, but just have unlabeled bottles of soap/lotion/shampoo so it was tough to know what was in each one.

We stayed to be close to Washington hall, lots of restaurants walking distance

This is a very hard place to stay. It’s not what you envision hard to contact staff as it is keyless. Which is another point the keyless entry wouldn’t work. Had to try and contact which was frustrating. The tv only works with wif and that was out. The bed was lumpy no room for your luggage.

No WiFi. No TV. Hard to communicate as no on site staff. Someone was already in my room when I first tried to enter, had to contact to be assigned a different room.

The room was clean the phone key didnt work on the gate but did work.on the front door and room. The room was clean the tv was internet the wifi was inconsistant. Only 2 bath towels 4 would have been nice

Nice place. Would have liked to know there was no door on the bathroom but it was great otherwise. Needed coffee machine instructions or it was broken. I’d stay again as it was nice and clean!

Plus: good neighborhood with dining and cafe choices within 1-2 blk radius. Room clean, well stocked with towels Minuses: no on-site assistance. Everything handled remotely. No natural light on ground floor without losing privacy. A “small” room is small! Impression: This is a funky Airbnb though advertised as “boutique” Recommendations: Ask for room above 1st; arrange for keycard. Wireless connection for entry is unreliable

The bar across the street played very loud music on Thursday night till 2 am. Wish I knew. Not cool.

It's quite fine for a short stay. Unfortunately the state of my room was a bit ran down and some strange smell would keep returning. Also the price was too high for the accommodation. Paying close to 200USD per night I would expect personnel on-site, a reception, daily cleaning and better kept state. However, Seattle prices for accommodation are unreasonably high in general.

Keyless / mobile entry was great and convenient

Tiny room with bath. No frills but clean and a place to sleep after our concert. Finding anything affordable in Seattle is challenging. Other guests were noisy. Our room was right by the front door. Club across the street had loud music til closing (Sat night). They do provide ear plugs.

Quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Creative decor.
