The room was very spacious and comfortable everything and more was provided for our stay. Was offered a cream tea on arrival which of course we excepted. There was a great choice at breakfast. Terri was a wonderful host full of local knowledge. Would highly recommend. Crosscombe was a lovely village with a great pub serving good food. There was a bar at the b and b.

Couldn’t really fault my stay. Made very welcome on arrival, room clean and stylish Modern bathroom, nice hot water and super fluffy towels. Nothing was too much trouble, owner Terri was really helpful with booking our dinner at the local pub ( just down the road and food excellent with good community atmosphere) Beautifully presented village; old buildings with great kerb appeal. The B and B was a beautiful period property but with modern twist. Breakfast excellent, no shortage of food and outstanding service. Owner Terri was exceptional. Would fully recommend a visit.

Cosy, comfortable and very clean. Warm and friendly welcome. Large bedroom with everything you need, spotless bathroom. Lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. Superb breakfast with full english cooked to order, plus fruit, cereals, juice. Will be returning.

Beautifully furnished rooms - clean and fresh with comfortable beds. We received a lovely welcome of scones and tea on arrival - which was very much appreciated after a difficult visit to a care home. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Terry, our host, could not have been more helpful

I could not fault my stay at all. I was met with a warm welcome, my room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The host was amazing and very helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Teri was an amazing host, the b&b was just lovely. Room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was really lovely. Good choice of fruit and cereals, also the cooked breakfast was just right and very hot out the kitchen. Nice to have a little lounge area and self service mini bar. Which we will make more of on our next visit.

The whole property is beautifully decorated. Terry is a wonderfully welcoming and thoughtful host. I would highly recommend this property.

A charming historic place built in 1450 with a delightful hostess.

Lovely warm welcome from Terri who showed me around the guest lounge, outdoor seating and breakfast room. The bedroom was large, with a dressing table, armchairs, large bed, roll top bath and a separate large shower. The room was spotless! Terri recommended the George Pub for dinner just 2-minute walk, which was superb. Breakfast was superb, lovely breakfast room, great choice, freshly prepared cooked breakfast. Will return!

Wonderful building with charming, comfortable and quiet rooms - you can see why The Cross is a very popular place to stay. The host was extremely helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had on our travels, very well cooked and extremely good quality. A big shout out to Luna the cat too! Thanks for a lovely couple of days.

Terri is an amazing host! Highly recommend! Accommodations are first class and food is excellent and freshly and carefully prepared! Croscombe is a quaint village and very walkable.

Terri was amazing. She greeted us like friends and showed us the room and what a room. There were 3 of us and we had a bedroom and a sitting area with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The room was spotless and the building old and quirky which we loved. Breakfast was amazing with a full english and buffet. Overall everything was perfect. Thank you Terri

Superb Bed and Breakfast, lovely spacious room, spotlessly clean and welcoming host. Breakfast was tasty and cooked to order. Evening meal at the local pub is a short stroll away, with excellent food and beer. Will certainly return if revisiting the area.

First, the owner Terri knows about hospitality. She gets it just right. Very helpful and knowledgable without being intrusive. She was especially helpful regarding local events and history. The room was beautifully appointed with delightful surprises everywhere. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast. And, the local pub was friendly and welcoming with excellent food options including a Curry night on a Thursday.
