Very clean and Chris was a phenominal host and we are so glad we stayed here. Made our first couple of days here relaxing and got us off on the right foot.

The property is a 19 minute walk from the main shopping and dining area of Inverness. The host, Chris, met us at the door and showed us to our room. The place is lovely with all the amenities you'd want. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was excellent and breakfast was lovely. We also appreciate the host, very friendly and helpful.

Owner had access to the best baked goods & we had THE best croissants!! The fresh fruit was very generous also and we could choose what we wanted for breakfast. Room was a little small but overall, it was really comfortable. We could walk to downtown Inverness which was good after being in a car that day. He gave us a tip for a good hike after our stay & going on to Cairngorms.

A wonderful stay at this home. Very close walking distance to the old town. The host, Chris, was super friendly, helpful and informative. Wonderful breakfast and his personal service was a great added touch. Chris paid a lot of attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Chris was an excellent host and cook. We enjoyed our stay in his home. He communicated well, was very friendly, and provided good advice on the surrounding area. The house is located a short walk from the center of town, but is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely!! My partner and I had a fantastic time here. Chris is a very approachable and kind host, and cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. The rooms were cozy and well decorated and the surrounding area very quiet. It's also not too far from the center of Inverness, with the train station being only a 15 minute walk away. I will warn that there is a cat on the property, so be wary if you have any allergies. The cat was very friendly, however, and did not try to enter our rooms. Would highly recommend!

The property was very nice and in awesome location. Only suggestion would be needs new mattress.

Our host was very hospitable and friendly. We had both tea and cold beverages options in our room as well as chocolates and shortbread cookies which were a nice treat after a long day of travel. Wonderful breakfast with extensive options, prepared at time of our choosing.

Perfect location to reach the center of city and restaurants and for walking the river. Great host and our room was lovely.

Had a really pleasant stay, the room was nice and bed was really confortable. You truly get the guest house experience, we appreciated the thought and care put into our needs as guests. Service was great and breakfast in the morning was delicious too!

Chris was a great host and his B&B is lovely. We were able to walk to dinner and the river walk. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!
