Recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for more. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Friendly staff who helped us with a 30th Birthday Party. Lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a perfect stay 5* Jayne

Hotel was clean and comfortable,with friendly staff.

TV didn’t work & couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Check in was fine. Pleasant friendly staff. Had to move rooms 3 times due to various issues. Very small bed. Poor lighting. No hot water in shower. Disappointing for a newly refurbished hotel

Staff were excellent room was very clean and tidy downside was room was freezing heating not working but lady Chambermaid got me a heater for my last night.

Probably the nicest place ive ever stayed. Old world charm and immaculate modern room. The people were warm, helpful and efficient. If you get the chance, spend a night or two thete.

The property is currently under renovation so facilities were limited. Pictures on Expedia did not reflect true situation. If you dont mind staying on a working site then ok. No dining facilities whilst we were there.

although improvements were going on - things like pallets and rubbish in reception and surrounding areas were not good. The room - hot water tap was loose so you had to hold to turn water on and off - sink plug didn't fit - shower hose black and rusty also sealant around bath black. Toiletries only for one person. Accept improvements were being made to a very tired building to pay £130 was very high - £90 would be a fare price. Infact I think Marstons should close it while the work is done. Should have gone to Travelodge

Real Welsh pub. A bit quiet mid week but good accommodation/bolt hole.

While the room was very clean, the hotel is showing it's age and needs refreshing.

Modern place on a main street, but not real near the ocean. Nice place to spend a night, We were there Sunday night and the restaurant was closed, but there was reasonable food about a third of a mile away (also an ALDIs). Bakery for breakfast located across the street. The hotel’s parking lot was convenient, but if the hotel was closed probably somewhat limited.

Staff friendly, free parking. Big room. Good value. Room and approach to it needed a good clean.

Used to be a lovely hotel, now it is tired and needs some TLC.

Was run down full of cig buts in the garden no shower gel or shampoo in bathroom poor hotel for a Marston's

When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. This hotel is convenient for my work as I live 50 miles away from my studios and travelling can be difficult in bad weather. I will be using every time I stay in Llanelli. Cannot fault.

What a lovely room you in the food look nice, but we didn’t have any friendly people would go again
