Nivas welcomed me to Nepal with amazing service and their incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was memorable. My room was superb, the food was delicious. I am returning there at the end of my holiday in Nepal and look forward to it already. The neighbourhood was quiet and very gentle with little traffic and a real community feel. I had an incredible stay at Nivas. The staff was so friendly and kind. I stayed to take the early morning bus ride to Pokhara and it was well worth it! The front desk even provided me a packed breakfast, and it was ready before I left! Room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Highly recommend

Nivas Boutique hotel was the perfect place in Kathmandu to relax after our hiking holiday. The rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoying the wonderful breakfast on the rooftop was great. Being located outside pf Thamel (although not too far) we got to experience another part of Kathmandu. Our flight departed late in the evening and the staff gave us a very late check out which we were very appreciative of. Thank you
