Lovely hotel. Friendly staff .Nice big rooms. Clean. Only things that reeally let it down is very uncomfortable hard beds . You wake up lots fue to it . Ridiculous breakfast hours. Finishing too early. 8.30 finish instead of 10 like other hotels

I love the underground parking. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was pretty similar to any other free hotel breakfast, mediocre but what else do you expect . One thing I didn’t like as somebody who travels a lot for work, my hotel room did not have a desk which I’m very used to having when I stay in hotels, I understand there is a business center, but most of the time I need to do my business in my hotel room . It also did not have any counter space in the bathroom at all. It was just a sink so if you’re a female and you like a counter to get ready, you will not have this. The gym was very basic…. other than that, It was a decent stay, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Great place for our needs

tv in the room did not work. Balcony area was dirty. We informed front desk our tv was not working, they attempted to move us to a different room, and the tv did not work in that room either.

Unfortunately this hotel has converted many of its rooms over the years to short lease rentals. The noise from these individuals often goes on through the ENTIRE night. Parties, music, arguments, and other things. Can’t stay here anymore even though it’s a nice building and the rooms are fine.

What a great hotel! Very new, very clean and very comfortable. Great heated underground parking. Lightning fast elevator. Awesome stay for us. We were in Fort Mac for 5 nights. We booked the Prime Hotel. It was such a dump we cancelled after the first night and moved over to the Pomeroy. What an amazing upgrade and good decision that was. No plans to return to Fort Mac but I’d stay at the Pomeroy again if I did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
