Needed to stay in a hotel to go to some early morning medical appointments, this hotel was 15 minutes away from the 2 locations which were in opposite directions. The hotel was clean, well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and deep relaxing bathtub which are getting harder to find in hotels these days. As an extra bonus we were able to open the bedroom window for some fresh air. Nice to see that hotels are finally replacing carpets with much cleaner and sanitary vinyl flooring. I would stay at this hotel again, if I were to make one suggestion, they should try to keep the lobby windows clean, they were very dusty, not sure the last time they were cleaned.

Just checked in yesterday…the entrance and reception has something foul smell, it is stinky…though the room we use was not as bad as it is…got didappointed. Staff at receiving area was not that welcoming guest with greetings or even smile until I talk to them…

Upon arrival I was greeted by a man? Dressed as a female prositute, they let me in as I was after hours and without a keycard. They asked me for a cigarette as well, hotel staff didn’t seem to care/do anything as this person sat in the lobby. Room was clean, something pink splattered across the roof above the bed though. Loud banging to fix something just outside of my room door began at 7am. Overall okay, definetly felt the need to lock the door as much as possible. Parking seemed secure but a little on the difficult side as it is not labeled where parking is and there are very few spaces. Rooms are also definetly not sound proofed in the slightest.

The bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and bathtub and no hot water to have a shower had to have cold shower very upset

It was awful. I have people knocking on my door some drunks in the middle of the night waking me up both nights. I got woken up at 4 AM. I could hear everything in the hallways and rooms next to me, including people having intercourse. I was mortified and will never stay there again.

We booked this hotel mainly for its convenient location and the advertised free breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, we found out the building is fully under renovation and breakfast is not available until May 1st—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. The parking situation felt unsafe. Our Cadillac Escalade was scratched overnight, and the following morning we noticed the theft attempt alarm had been triggered. That alone made us very uneasy about staying here. Check-in was also frustrating. Despite having a reservation, all the doors were locked when we arrived. We stood outside making eye contact with the front desk employee, who didn’t acknowledge or assist us. We only got inside because another guest let us in. On our second night, our keycard stopped working, leaving us locked out again until another guest helped us get in. We then had to go to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. To be fair, the front desk woman working Saturday night (April 25th) was helpful and professional. However, the service we received on Friday did not meet expectations. Overall, between the lack of communication, security concerns, and inconsistent service, this stay did not meet the standards we expected.

Building was clearly brand new. Mattress were soft and rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful. Will stay again

The pillows were not great at all. Bring your own pillow. The tv did not work for the Roku. The rooms were deceptive as they are the size of an office. They were clean and tidy, which was good to see. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice add to have with dishes available to use.

Was my first time staying here, room was dirty and so we left and couldn’t even get a refund. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for anyone. Bad access into the hotel as well. Can’t just walk in like you would normally at a hotel.

I’ll never book via Expedia, I tried million times to cancel my booking, but could not. You guys charged me and I didn’t even use the service.

No towels in the room, very loud and creaky place. Party place. Wouldnt stay again.

The room and bed were ok but our room faced the noisy stree andvwe were just above the smokers corner outside so could hear talking in and off all nite

Room was not serviced

Staff was friendly but check in was very slow. Rooms are small but clean. Very little counter space in the bathroom. Parking is very limited. Neighborhood is sketchy. The envelopes used to hold your room key is reused which to me is not sanitary.

Room was newly renovated. Arrived around 5 pm and staff was nowhere to be found. Waited 20 mins and phoned 1800 #. Finally she appeared. Happened the next morning when I went to check out. Everything else was ok.
