The accommodation was clean and comfortable but pictures put a shiny spin on the property

Clean and ideal location for eady access to downyon Dartmouth and ferry to Hslifax waterfront.

I've seen 3 and stayed in 2 of his rooms so I have seen what they have! It's a wonderful place they have there! Very clean, nada broken, enough in the cupboards, we enjoyed our time and efforts there! We received a nice thick foamy for the foldout couch! Andy & hie wife were excellent to work with! We would most definitely stay there again!

All good. Met with Andy who gave us a tour to help us settle in. Completely met out needs and expectations.

Great spot and perfect place to stay for a short visit. The furnished appartment is so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Had a great nap on the full size couch after a long day at work

The host was excellent with communications. Beds and sheets really good. Place very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with many extras you do not usually get. Lots of restaurants and ferry to Halifax in walking distance. 5 star rating...however for us the noice (not party noise...just walking and banging around) in the upstairs suite after 11 pm to 1 pm was disruptive.

This was a great stay for us, just outside of Halifax. The owner was great to deal with regarding check in / check out. The place itself is 100% stocked with all you need for your stay. Shower and bed was perfect with plenty of space in the living area. Short 10 min walk to the ferry over to Halifax (which we did both nights). Highly recommend!!
