No Internet and landline for days, the hotel gate was brocken and was blocked by heavy road blocks that costumers had to drag to get inside the hotel premises. Lots of non workings issues. Will not stay again.

Good for business trip

Sitio super tranquilo para descansar, cama super grande y cómoda, aparcas al lado Si vas de camino hacia Lisboa lo tienes en la misma mano del área de servicio si vas al contrario llamalos, desde al pueblo de al lado tienen una entrada sin necesidad de hacerlo por la autopista, eso sí, tienes que entrar y salir por ella

Convenient stopover. Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the beds were more like single camp beds, rather than the double requested and the pillows weren't good. Worse was that as a service station hotel the main obvious problem would have to be traffic noise, so why weren't the rooms soundproof? Every lorry going past.... Even someone moving a chair in the room above or next door! NOISE. Oh, and that's without the water pipes making a noise throughout the entire night :-( Even the corridor in the non-smoking hotel smelt badly of cigarettes. We didn't find out what breakfast was like because at €6.50 each that's very poor value in Portugal. Intermarche fed us both for under €6. This was grossly overpriced compared to the Pension hotel in Fatima. We should have driven a bit farther.

Atendimento simpático, Hotel inserido no parque de uma estação de serviço da Auto Estrada, limpeza impecável, instalações a carecer já de algumas melhorias, ar condicionado avariado e sem alternativas. Pequeno almoço fraco

It is located on the A1, is a big problem and very confused because you have to pay a lot of money in tolls every time you are coming and going

Adorámos a experiência, o quarto tinha muito boas condições, cama e almofadas confortáveis, ar condicionado, televisão com vários canais.. O pequeno almoço era variado e bom. A piscina não estava realmente muito limpa mas dava para mergulhar.. No geral foi muito boa a experiência e é um lugar para voltar!

En general bien. Lo único ves ya comido que la opción de comer algo en la cafetería restaurante de al lado de estación de servicio es una porquería y es un desastre...pero el hotel es práctico y está bien.
