The room was clean but extremely basic, no desk, chair, kettle, wardrobe or drawers and the bed was not overly comfortable at all. Staff that we met were very polite, professional, helpful and approachable. There is no actual parking, only on-street pay and display parking, although it's not as expensive as I was expecting it to be so I was pleasantly surprised by this. There is air-conditioning in the room which was a godsend as the windows are screwed closed.

Paid £26 to spend a Friday night in a windowless room to enjoy a night out in MK with friends… the room was compact, but it was clean and most importantly had aircon for the hottest day of the year. I think if I lived closer I would be happy to pay that just for a good night sleep on a sweaty humid night (EHs you’re missing a marketing spin there!!). Shower in morning was hot… only minor grumble is that the mattress was very firm verging on solid! But def worth the convenience and the price!

The check in process was quick and easy and the member of staff very helpful. We had 2 rooms and they were just to use as a base for the night for a couple of days visit in Milton Keynes. The room was advertised as a double but I would say it's a small double. Many times, we don't use the other amenities in the room so liked the fact that this was nice and basic - bed, toilet, shower, TV, hangers. The shower tray in one of the rooms was cracked but we didn't raise this with the staff as we were only there for 1 night. Overall happy and would stay again

Hotel was ok. Room very small. Shower holder was broken and only 1 towel in the room for a booking for two.

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet air conditioning unit and lots of parking, and local amenities in walking distance!

Simple and cheap no frills. For £23 I got a clean room, bed and shower. Soap and toilet paper was an added bonus. Happy with value for money

Lovely friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Well worth the money!!

The room was small but perfectly functional, with a decent bathroom and air con to keep me cool. However the mattress so was hard and pillows so flat I woke up after only 2hrs sleep. A real shame as with a more comfortable mattress and better pillows I would have easily rated 5 stars given the value for money. I was also puzzled as to why the TV was mounted about 4 feet up the wall, which made it essentially unwatchable.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. My only recommendation would be to have something for water to drink since you have to buy the coffee.

Did the job for bed and shower nothing special. Half of the electric plugs didn’t work but I found one that did so I was ok with that as I only really need to charge my phone. Staff seemed nice and was easy to check in and out.

Can't fault it at the price, probably the firmest bed in Milton Keynes if you like that kind of thing.

Hotel did not provide chair and table, I asked and was told unfortunately no. I had to check out after a day and property refused to refund the rest of the money for the remaining days
