Great location, the room was comfortable and looked like the photos, staff were really friendly.

Dejligt b&b lige i starten af byen og meget tæt på indgangen til Pompeji. Fint værelse, dog lidt slidt og ligger på 2.sal uden elevator. Men alt i alt fint ophold og god værdi for pengene.

I booked the wrong date for this property (off by one day) and immediately recognized the error. I attempted to contact the property and they did not answer my calls or respond to my email. I asked Expedia to assist and the hotel told them no change and no refund. Given this attitude towards potential guests I do not recommend staying here.

We stayed with our two kids, ages 11 and 13. The Villa was clean and comfortable.

Place very well located and close to main attractions. The place is cool and well decorated. Just consider as part of your trip to carry your luggage to 2nd floor, for us was super heavy as this was part of 20 days trip. Amenities and service was good

Great spot for visiting Pompeii archeological park but also handy to visit the small town of Pompeii. Central location, 5 mins from train. Added bonus of breakfast voucher for one of the nicest bakeries in town!

Tuvimos dos habitaciones para mi familia, los dos muy buenas, limpias y cómodas, lo único que no nos gustó es que no hay ascensor y teníamos varias maletas así que llegar y salir nos costó trabajo, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto, está muy bien ubicado, la pastelería que está abajo es la mejor de toda italia sin duda, nuestros desayunos fueron deliciosos, el lugar donde está ubicado es perfecto cerca de las ruinas y cerca a muchos lugares para comer.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, groß, sauber, gute Klimaanlage, wunderschöne Terrasse. Alles perfekt. Das Frühstück war für mich etwas mager, mit dem Gutschein gab es nur ein Croissant und einen Tee.

Great location and the room was excellent! We had a private sitting area and faced the back of the building with great views. Would stay here again!

Belle chambre et location mais problème avec climatisation et wifi tout le séjour ,et mauvaise communication avec les responsables de l’emplacement.

Casa Pacifico is a lovely B&B in the heart of Pompeii, easy walk to the train station and the Pompeii ruins, there are many excellent restaurants and bars nearby but it is a very quiet apartment. Enrico is very helpful and check in was super easy and the apartment is cleaned to a high standard regularly. Breakfast is downstairs in De Vivo which has excellent coffee and pastries, I would recommend Casa Pacifico if you want to have a great base for a tour of the Pompeii ruins and you have a great view of Vesuvius from the room terrace.

Nice big room with a great shower! The safe did not work properly. The cafe below was very difficult to communicate with for breakfast.

This property is in a great location for food, Basilica, historic area of Pompeii. The room were nicely appointed and comfortable. The patio was a nice bonus for sitting outside. Only minor thing is the breakfast voucher was only good for a coffee and a pastry.

立地はとても雰囲気のある場所で、ゆっくりとしたいならオススメです。残念ながらエレベーターがないので3階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは一苦労。女性だけでは厳しいかも？部屋はとても落ち着いた雰囲気で、広いオープンペースでのんびりとコーヒーが飲めるのも魅力的です。朝食付きだと思ったら二人で４.５ユーロ分が隣のカフェで食べられるだけで、実際に食べたら二人で７ユーロを払うことになりました。ポンペイ・スカビー駅から歩いて20分以上、荷物がなければ歩けない距離ではありませんが、荷物があればバスかタクシーを利用した方が良いです。

I booked this property through Expedia after applying filters for “Free Parking” and “Free Breakfast”, both of which were clearly listed under the amenities. Unfortunately, the reality did not match what was advertised. There was no free parking available. The only realistic option was a private garage that cost €20 per day, cash only — they didn’t accept cards. Other nearby parking options were expensive, around €2 per hour, so the garage was the best choice despite the unexpected cost. Had I known about this in advance, I would have booked a different property with true free parking, a kitchen, or a proper included breakfast. The cushions were extremely uncomfortable, and after using the shower, the bathroom developed a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered until the next morning when the cleaning staff arrived. In short, this was a disappointing experience. The listing was misleading, and if the information had been correct, I would have booked a completely different place. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review for a place I’ve stayed at. I always try to be fair and understanding, but in this case the experience simply didn’t match what was promised. And judging by other reviews, I’m now expecting a rude reply from the owner instead of any kind of apology or acknowledgment.

All in all the room was really nice. Very clean and comfortable, and really conveniently located just a few mins walk from one of the entrances to the pompei ruins. However the 4 flights of stairs to get up to the top floor where all of their rooms are was a lot with luggage in tow, and the parking lot was an amusement park that didnt take cards. It was a nice place to park all in all, but having to walk almost a mile to find the nearest atm was a bit rough. I just wish we had been informed parking was cash only as i wouldve then came prepared, but unluckily, we had just ran out of cash right before arriving. The room itself though was very nice, clean, and comfortable and served its purpose extremely well.
