Hotel bellissimo.

Albergo bellissimo, ben rifinito. Caccia al tesoro in camera. Pulito. Colazione super top (anche se un po’ cara). Nulla da invidiare agli alberghi di Legoland o Disneyland.

Overall good experience

Great stay at the Magic Hotel. My kids loved it... the room was very clean and spacey, equipped with A/C. Room cleaning every day, with fresh towels, water, etc.free parking and friendly staff. Of nagatives were: the pool rules were very strict and strange. Unable to throw our kids in the air and the need to cover the hair while swimming was strange. The lifeguards should stop using their whistle so much. The onsite bar/kiosk was very expensive as was everything else, like the food at the resturant.

Morgenmaden var forfærdelig, usmagelig og restauranten var enormt støjende. Maden var masseproduceret og ulækker.

Anche se ho spento l’aria condizionata la camera era comunque troppo fredda perché entrava aria fredda centralizzata. Troppo freddo negli spazi comuni tipo i corridoi. Bellissima la piscina. La parte dolce della colazione potrebbe migliorare ma si privilegiano gli stranieri che sono in maggioranza e preferiscono quella salata.

Our kids loved the place and the pool! We as parent loved that it was very quiet, which is the opposite of what you would expect. Hotel has plenty of parking and very close to the park. We liked it so much that ended up extending 3 more nights.

Hotel super accogliente, atmosfera magica. Le camere a tema sono curate in ogni dettaglio, nulla è lasciato al caso. Cucina ottima e colazione variegata per ogni necessità

El hotel es muy bonito, decorado todo y no pierde detalle.a habitación muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. Me parece un poco cara para los servicios que ofrecen y el hecho de no tener ningún descuento extra en el parque Gardaland por alojarse allí me parece fatal!!!! A La piscina le falta mantenimiento. Me parece muy muy caro lo que cobran por las mascotas!!! 90€ tanto si estasy un día como 10. Debería ser proporcional!!!! También me molestó el hecho de tener que llevar gorro en la piscina, sobre todo en verano y siendo piscina exterior. No volvería alojarme allí.

Hotellet har haft en højere standart mht rengøring, men forhåbentlig bliver der rettet op på det, for det er et dejligt sted.
