El hotel es como muchos en el centro de Madrid, un poco viejo y con habitaciones pequeñas. El desayuno no está muy bien. Nosotros pagamos la estancia con desayuno, pero sólo lo ocupamos una vez, preferimos comer en los restaurantes aledaños. El espacio para desayunar es muy pequeño, y en ocasiones hay que hacer cola para poder desayunar, así como la comida no es muy variada; sin embargo, la ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente porque caminando hay muchas opciones de comida y cosas que visitar para los turistas. Creo que es lo que más vale la pena de este lugar es la ubicación. El Personal también es amable y hay muchísimos restaurantes cerca.

Breakfast was good. Hot items were only lukewarm. Breakfast workers were not very friendly. Loved the location! Close to activity. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was not reliable.

Very helpful reception staff named Mariya and excellent location for dining and shopping. The room is on a smaller size but very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and has may choices.

Melhor chuveiro da Europa. Continente de pessimos chuveiros , mesmo em hotéis 5 estrelas. Defeito do hotel é o acesso. Fica em rua peatonal. Mas pelo banheiro merece 10

El personal sumamente amable, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. La habitación muy limpia y silenciosa. El desayuno rico y muy bien atendido.

Clean and comfortable

The property is perfectly located close to everyrhing. We walked to every attraction and was in a great area. This was our first time in Madrid and happy I chose the location.

Muy buena estadía. Nos tocó una chica muy simpática que estaba en las mañanas, nos ayudó bastante y fue muy servicial. El hotel está en una súper ubicación caminando a 1 minuto de todo. Muy lindo interiores también.

Es mas chiquito de lo que parece en las fotos , esta en la plaza Santo Domingo zona muy turistica pero la verdad el trato excelente.

kleines dunkles Hinterhof-Zimmer , keine Ablage-Möglichkeiten , störendes nicht beeinflussbares automatisches Licht im Badezimmer. Sehr schlechte Preis-Leistung . Sind auf ' hotel.com-Lockvogel-Preis reingefallen , auch Foto auf der Webseite täuscht!!
