Great hospitality Woukd stay again

I like everything they offer. Only their breakfast buffet are almost always the same.

2nd trip in Boracay and 2nd time booking at Aqua. This time around I didn’t like my initial premium room so they offered me a bigger one on the top floor I was very happy with, for a fee. Hotel is very clean, most of the staff is very courteous and greet you around the properties, only one of the male workers there didn’t seem as courteous, maybe he was a manager idk, didn’t get his name. Pools and room are excellently maintained, they take pride in having a high end property. This hotel is not on the beach where activities are but the shutter to Dmall is short and the walk to activities is maybe 5mins from there. This time I stayed for a week, I would say my only complaints are the breakfast buffet could have some more options and variation, it’s a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel. My favorite item the beef tapa is always a bit tough. The room service menu is very limited in variety so I only eat breakfast on site because it’s included with my stay. I ate my other meals off property because there is so many different options from Inasal to Mediterranean at the various restaurants. My 3rd visit to Boracay next year I may have to try a hotel near Dmall to see how things compare. Still loved my stay at Aqua, 9/10. I just want better food options.

Really good hotel. I havent been to Boracay since I was a teenager and 15 years later as an adult, I can say that this hotel made my stay. Breakfast - not too many options for a 5 star hotel, however I stuck to traditional Filipino breakfast which they had and it was delicious, especially the champorado that was available. Staff - staff were very friendly and welcoming, everyone greeted you hello every time you walked past. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a wet towel to wipe the sweat off my face and neck. I asked if I could extend my stay for an extra night and this was arranged without any issues and I just had to go over to reception to pay the amount. Hotel Amenities - The area around the two pools are really nice and well laid out. Beautiful view. Towards the adult pool at the back is the eastern beach of boracay, and it is much less crowded than the main beach. There is a smoking area, as you cannot smoke on the balcony which is a good thing as it encourages less littering. The gym is really nice, doesnt have all of the equipment, but good enough for a decent workout. The only issue with the gym is that the AC is not that strong and the Philippines being a hot country, it was a nightmare working out in there. Town - there is a hotel shuttle that goes to town (dmall) every hour which is convenient if you dont want to talk. However, it takes 5-7 minutes of walking time to get there so it depends on your mood.

the place was nice with beach access but was told it’s not safe to swim at the beach because it was dirty; food from room service was awful, the burger was not prepared well since it’s still bloody, when i told them that i couldn’t eat it and has lost my appetite because of the blood, they won’t give a refund and was told that they will just re-cook the food; which part of lost my appetite didn’t they understand? food was not good and was not eaten so i shouldn’t have been charged for it.

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Great transfer service to/from the airport with all your luggage taken care of. Pool was lovely with lots of good seats available. Beds comfortable

We had a great stay at Aqua overall. The staff were friendly and effective, always happy to help and made us feel welcome from the start. The property itself is spacious and offers excellent access to a quiet beach, which was a definite highlight. Dining, however, was a real downside. There seemed to be many supply issues, with quite a few items unavailable during our stay: though amusingly, many of them could be found at a stall just outside the property! I struggle to understand why the hotel manager would not procure these items from nearby. The 'evening' restaurant lacked ambiance being just the breakfast restaurant with a different menu so we did not visit. The in-room dining menu was very limited. As a result, we did not spend very much at the hotel and had to leave to avail of things we wanted. In addition, breakfast was mostly run by interns, which meant it often lacked that touch of experience you would expect. The variety of dishes was also limited, with the same options appearing each day. All that said, the good outweighed the bad and it was a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. I will consider staying here again on my next trip, but I hope the hotel can take note of all the lost opportunities for revenue (most menu items missing, no real evening dining opportunity, no spa menu available without going there etc.).

We absolutely loved our stay at Aqua! What made it more special was how friendly and hospitable their staff were :) They greet you with a smile anywhere you go in the resort! The property is also located in a more private area in the island which we also loved! They even provided us a banig for the beach! Transportation pick up and drop off was also arranged seamlessly ahead of time and you can just tell the quality of their services from the moment we stepped foot in the island. We loved loved loved our stay here!

Stayed here for 3 nights the 3 pools and the centrally located bar were the highlight of this resort. The private beach was a nice touch because it was not overcrowded and I enjoyed all the staff being attentive, nice, enthusiastic, & professional. The room itself was spacious however I don’t know if it was my room specifically but the water pressure for the shower was weak that would be my only complaint. Overall it’s a really great resort for a couple or even a family it offers supreme customer service & amenities and I will come back.
