Nice Place, nice personal, good Food, good Bar

What a beautiful hotel- really enjoyed our stay- wonderful staff- esp Jessica who looked out for the northern lights and called us in our rooms so we wouldn’t miss an amazing bucket list experience. Breakfast was awesome and hotel was very chic and nice.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and relatively large. The room we had has a view of the Geysers (well, the steam clouds) across the road. Being directly across from the Geysers is nice because you can tour the geysers for a few hours before the tour busses arrive. The food service was excellent. The breakfast buffet is included in the price of the room and was great. We also had dinner at the hotel. The dinner menu is limited but what we had was very good, but a bit pricy. There is no other dining options unless you want to take a significant drive.

Beautiful property and very convenient location directly across from Geysir. Overall it was a wonderful stay, though I will say we were under impressed with the dinner at the onsite restaurant. The adult food was okay, but the kids fish (x2) were both frozen still inside. To the restaurant’s credit, they brought the kids different meals and didn’t charge for them.

This is a phenomenal hotel. It is very modern and new, clean, and super stylish. We loved our stay. The bed was so soft, the rooms were ample with amenities. The restaurant was excellent. Has to be the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had—mimosas included. Hello?!!! The dinner was also fantastic. It is literally across the street from Geysir. Definitely book this place If you want a chic place.

How close to the geyser we were it was an absolutely perfect location

Sidste stop før hjemrejsen lige ved siden af Strokkur og nær Gulfoss. Super lækkert hotel. Lækre bløde senge og skøn mad. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

Cant have nice and talk to your friend after midnight staff was so boring

Clean and beautiful. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

Glorious visit to the inside of iceland to see 2 nights of the aurora borealis right in front of hotel and then more uniquely in total darkness across the street at the natural landmark Geothermal site in Geysir! Incredible astrophotography was acquired! Staff was courteous and called during the evening light show.

Klasse Hotel, tolles Design des Gebäudes, vor allem innen, und auch der Einrichtung; gehobene Ausstattung. Der Geysir ist direkt gegenüber, 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann ihn sogar vom Hotel aus sehen, z.B. beim hervorragenden Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Abends happy hour an der Bar (Zeit bitte aktuell erfragen).

This hotel was nice but there isn’t much to do around here but see the Geysir

Good location

This was a magical place to stay. We were right across from the geysers and they could be seen from the restaurant on property. Staff was helpful and staff at the bar and our servers at the restaurant were kind and made us feel welcomed. The room was really clean with a modern architectural design and the beds were the most comfortable we slept in here in Iceland. Please add a spa some day and it would be a 10 star review:)

Great hotel and amazing surroundings. Geysirs, the biggest waterfall I have ever seen and the Northern lights

Nice big rooms with modern Nordic architecture. Comfortable beds with good variety of pillows. Only one restaurant was open during our three day stay so the menu, that is interesting but limited started to feel a bit poor. Accommodation is very affordable for the standard, food and drinks are as pricey or pricier than in Reykjavik. Pretty good happy hour prices between 15-18 offsets that if you are happy with beer or wine.
