Some of the staff members was amazing Front desk ladies was terrible ! I supposed to check in at 4pm I check in 5:25 pm it was seen in her room was not ready

Air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Beautiful room, newly renovated, but unable to sleep because the a/c was so loud.

Excellent room, staff, pool

Personally, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is charming; the apartments themselves are beautiful well-appointed, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked this property, given it was significantly less expensive than the other ones around it at the time when I was looking. However, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The room is huge with a bunch of extra things in the kitchen like, silverware, blender, pots & pans, etc. The staff were super friendly. PARTICULARLY the older bellman with brown skin and a slim build, I cannot remember his name but he was delightful and should genuinely get a raise based on how much he cared for the guests and how helpful he was for someone like myself. I enjoyed the beach being right across the street, as well as the views from the gym and the gift shop with the snacks. Overall, this place was great and honestly, a lot better than I thought it would be. Personally, I would recommend this place to a friend/family member

don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay without spending a ton of money, this hotel is honestly a great choice. The rooms were really spacious and super clean, which made a big difference for me. The location is also hard to beat. They have carts that can take you over to Eagle Beach, and right across the street is Divi Beach—such a beautiful spot. There’s even a restaurant right by the beach where you can sit, eat, and enjoy an amazing view. I also loved the gym it’s big and has a great view, which made working out a lot more enjoyable. What stood out the most, though, was how friendly and welcoming the staff were the whole time. And if you want to go out, it’s only about a 7-minute taxi ride to the downtown area for good food and nightlife. Overall, I had a really great stay and would definitely come back.

All the things, nothing to truly complain about…

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the outside of the villa looks beautiful. However, the room had a lingering old smell that made it difficult to sleep, and the WiFi wasn’t working during my stay.

We absolutely enjoyed this trip and this resort. The golf, access to the beach and palapas as well as golf cart shuttles all around were awesome. Special shout out to Edwin the Bell hop and Georgi from Concierge as they constantly go above and beyond to take care of the guests as if they are family

Wonderful resort. The room was beautiful, clean, way more amenities than expected. Upgraded with a beautiful bathroom. A variety of pools and location was perfectly across the beach.
