Was slow season so not many people at pool.

Pros: Staff was great, quick and helpful with every request/ question. Great location, close to restaurants and nightlife. Cons: wasn't a fan of the flooring they had in the room. The frames of the windows in the room looked old and like they were never updated/ renovated. Peeling paint or maybe it was silicone that they put around the frames. Looked sloppy.

This was our first trip to Aruba and we enjoyed all of it!! Starting with an immaculately clean hotel room for my wife and I which is conveniently situated among fantastic restaurants, eateries, shops and of course the beach!! We rented a compact car that allowed us to go everywhere. We traveled more in 4 days than folks I know have traveled in 10 years within the island. The island is super safe and humble and everyone lends a helping hand. I mastered the roundabouts in less than 10 minutes. A special shout out to GM Sebastian Sloot for running a tight and friendly team within Tryp at Wyndham. He is friendly, approachable and helpful.. Jonathan and Jendrych also were super helpful and courteous. My only complaint is that the detailed signage around Aruba lags a bit. If you drive and get lost just know which way is north, south or west and find your way back to Oranjestad to get your bearings!! We had a great time at the beach and the pool. The young lady at the beach and bartender at the pool were very attentive and helpful. Both my wife and I are experienced travelers and can pickup genuine enthusiasm vs a show. This is genuinely genuine!! My salute to a great operation at the Tryp by Wyndham!!

Staff are very friendly and rooms were very clean. A little bit dated but overall enjoyed the stay.

Great place convenient & walkable. We only stayed for 1 night because we were. In Aruba early for our booked vacation at a nearby resort.

Personnel très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Joey Luis (nous l’avons renommé Joe Louis), Jonathan à l’accueil et plusieurs autres. Nous avions choisi petit déjeuner inclus, c’était des déjeuners très copieux, le service était excellent, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les sourires d’Ashley et Anna. Merci au personnel à la plage, il y avait une gentille jeune dame qui arborait elle aussi un magnifique sourire ainsi qu’Elliot « Lefty » qui nous trouvaient toujours une place à l’ombre. Étonnamment la piscine était ouverte 24 heures et nous en avons bénéficié à tous les soirs. Ce fut un excellent séjour!

a TV at the pool would be nice, more storage in bathroom

The property is central to most of all palms beach delicious restaurants, nightlife and beautiful beaches. The property itself could use some attention. I liked our room, hated that the bathroom didn’t have a full shower door; half of a door to be exact. You wet the entire bathroom whenever you used it. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The shower floor itself, we used shower shoes. The room lacked basic necessities like enough water, an iron and an ironing board. All fixable, but should definitely be taken into consideration.

Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and facility was beautiful and clean.

It was an amazing experience. I hope to return again in the near future.

Omggg!! Hands down the best accommodating staff I ever experienced!! Ishmir was the best !!! He was so down to earth and made sure my bestfriend and I were comfortable, from transporting us around, to helping my bestfriend feel better with honey and lime remedy, to showing us around the island! We love the assistant manger and his cafe shop workers! Over great staff, breakfast was included with my stay and was very good !! And nice restaurants on the strip

The staff were very friendly?, it was great experience. Except for bathroom situation every time we take shower or used the sink a pool of water was made in the floor. However, overall it was a great hotel for us.

I was a solo traveler who stayed for 5 days. Felt totally safe the entire time. The location was great. There were restaurants and shops everywhere. The best part of my trip was the staff. My luggage was delayed and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Jose Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Priscilla was very friendly and made me smile throughout the trip. The pool was excellent and not crowded. DJ Kelly played great music and was nice. Shamir from the front desk was also helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very nice and friendly at all times. Hotels in the perfect area we were barely there.

This was an absolute steal. The hotel us quaint and perfect for adults only. The service has been top tier and Ms. Priscilla is my new auntie!! Sebastian, Ish, Corinn, and everyone made my stay absolutely perfect.

We were greeted by a great staff the day of our arrival. What I liked the most that everyone, the staff especially Priscilla, Carlin, Xerxes and everyone else were so humble and kind. It may us feel as part of the family. The staff would go over and beyond to assist us in making our stay at the hotel very comfortable. The outside pool area was great and loved the swim up bar. We had Jose Luis aka El Puma as our pool bartender for one afternoon, he was great to speak with. The coffee shop ladies were so kind and we enjoy our conversation with them as we brought coffee and tea in the morning. This has been one of the best vacation taken and we are glad that we stay at TRYP at Wyndham. Thank you to the general manager, Mr. Sloot for the champagne and rose petals on the bed in our room on the first day of our arrival. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary of 43yrs. We will definately be back next year!

Close to all entertainment and restaurant, walking distance to the beach!!!
