The hotel in its entirety was a flawless experience. Everything was clean, accessible, & enjoyable. The food both in house and out of house were both spot on. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and inviting. Nothing but positive things about this hotel and the experiences there.

My husband and myself had a wonderful time at the Renaissance Hotel. Clean rooms and a very helpful & courteous staff. The beach was very beautiful. Looking forward to returning back soon!

Staff was amazing. Food was great. All inclusive is the way to go. The only gripe I have is that I initially had booked a sweet on the Ocean Side not realizing it wasn’t the adults only side. When I checked in I was able to switch to the adults only side but the room I booked initially was way nicer than the room they put us in, which was ultimately my choice to switch. But I thought I’d at least get a comparable room. Which I did not.

Food service by the pool was slow. Check in was also slow. The rooms could have used some deep cleaning and updates. Love the location, access to flamingo beach and shopping.

Clean room, friendly staff, master room and living room with pullout are nicely separated. Shower nice. We were given a room facing pool (upgrade without asking). Love Renaissance Island. Pools with service are outstanding.

Wonderful stay, staff very accommodating, very clean, beds could be a bit firmer. The island was FANTASTIC!!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Wind Creek Aruba Resort. Our goal was toes in the sand, no agenda, reset, relaxation. We stayed at the adults-only/Marina side. We had an amazing time and will likely be back! What we LOVED: - Staff - so friendly and helpful - Amenities - left like there were enough chairs, floats, etc for everyone without having to wait or be disappointed - Beaches/pools - the private island is amazing - the flamingos, iguanas, and atmosphere was perfect for us. The oceanside beach and pool were perfect and peaceful. None of the beaches or pool felt too crowded. Loved that so many water amenities were included - nothing like floating on the sea without fear of being pulled out too far. - Food - so many food options and each was delicious. We passed on "all inclusive" so we could explore the dining nearby - no regrets, soooo good. - Rooms - were very comfortable and well kept during our stay - Aruba in general - water quality was excellent, felt very safe. Wish we knew/would do differently next time: - Stay - I wish I'd understood that staying on the adults only/Marina side meant I would need to get on a boat or walk a ways to reach my beach options. Next time, we'd book oceanside. - Room - because we were in the adults only and/or the location of our room, it was easy to hear everything going on in the lobby/bar until all hours of the night. Just wasn't the vibe for us on this trip.

First I must start with the amazing people of Aruba. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating! Our room was spacious and clean. The only bummer was the small balcony…certainly not big enough to sit outside. The food and drinks were great as well!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful clean and very professional safe .the personal service is absolutely flawless they can’t do enough for you .rooms are very comfortable and spotless.pool was very clean all day and professional safe at the bar. The food at the buffet was absolutely amazing.thank you for a perfect vacation and we will absolutely be returning again!
