Bel hôtel, personnel sympa, situation géographique très pratique

Friendly staff especially on the beach. Great food options. Clean rooms and comfy beds. What let this place down was water and electric cuts. I have been to other islands and countries which are not as developed and they have back up generators reserves of water. The other issue was the club which did not serve local rum, only beer and wine included within the all inclusive. I was here for a friend's wedding as we're c.50 others from the UK and with other areas serving local rum on the complex as part of the all inclusive and even being told on the hotel tour I was baffled why the club did not serve rum which seems a little stupid.

The room was always fresh and clean, some of the staff were incredibly friendly, the rest seemed a bit bored. Mauritius folklore on Tuesday was very interesting.

Très bel hôtel. Nourriture variée et goûteuse. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Je recommande fortement.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of flic en flac ,with easy access to amenities, including a supermarket,a pharmacy,a cash machine ,and directly opposite the beach .

Personnel agréable , bien placé dans flic en flac…hôtel agréable tout confort avec restaurant-bar. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel

Great, friendly and nice staff! We had a great time and were even upgraded for free, also no problems at all to extend our stay.

If you are looking for a budget holiday and are not expecting a 5 star menu about the variety or quality of food on offer then you’ll be fine. The overall look and feel of the reception/bar/ restaurant are was pleasant, clean with good service, although I found some of the ‘no local’ waiting staff preferred to service a minority vs majority as being a solo female traveler. The room was a good standard for a 3 star hotel although cleanliness could have been a better standard. Spa was very nice and unexpected. Pool are was small but very tranquil and again above what you would expect of a 3 star hotel. Value for money I would recommend this hotel and I would return to stay again.

Overall good quality of staff, breakfast, cleaning. Disappointed about the sundbeds at the beach They were supposed to be out on monday-friday but were often cancelled without any informaion to the guests claiming that it was a public holiday or just to many people on the beach to put them out.

Nice hotel with friendly stad and a great location by the beach. Restaurant and bar plus fitness center and a (small) swimmingpool. Found breakfast disappointing.

Idéalement situé en bord de plage, chambre spacieuse avec grande salle de bain qui demanderai à être refaite. Bon accueil, personnel disponible. La cuisine, pas top, pas trop de choix, même si c'est à thème chaque soir, ça fait un peu cantine! Dommage qu'en demi-pension on doit payer sa bouteille d'eau à table alors qu'il y a une carafe ds la chambre et des fontaines d'eau fraiche.

Property looks old but location wise it is very conveniently located.

Slitet hotell som ligger precis vid väg och bar. Har varit jättefint en gång i tiden. Maten (vi åt frukost och middag) sämre än förväntat. Vi fick vänta vid incheckning då rummet inte var klart, trots att vi hade varit där tidigare och frågat när det skulle vara klart. 5 minuter, 5 minuter, 5 minuter.... var svaret vi fick hela tiden. Ej helt klart ändå utan höll på att städas när de äntligen gav oss rummen. Poolen är en nödlösning.

Les plus : proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Parking gratuit et très proche. Les neutres : buffet correct sans plus pour un tel établissement (il faut faire appeler la personne en charge des oeufs/omelettes si vous souhaitez qqch). Piscine correspondante aux photos. Les moins : BRUYANT ! Il y avait 2 bars proches de notre fenêtre de chambre. Chambres mal insonorisées côté couloir également. Odeurs de friture dans les couloirs au réveil. Matelas durs genre en pierre. Bref, dommage pour un tel hôtel si bien situé
