Very tranquil…would definitely recommend. Perfect pool and beach access.

NWPoint is a beautiful, tranquil, natural environment The unit I stayed in was lovely with a soothing ocean view and well‑equipped. Prepare yourselves---the location is extremely remote hence a rental car is essential—Uber doesn’t operate on the island, and taxis (when available at all) can charge $100 from airport. ~3.4-4km to the property is a treacherously rough, rocky, dirt road laden with potholes and sinkholes. I arrived after a rainfall, and the road was flooded and hazardous. It was a stressful drive, and the area is so isolated that you can’t count on anyone passing by regularly to help. After experiencing that road once in the dark—with no streetlights and no other cars—I made sure never to drive it after dusk again. Calling the community a “resort” is misleading. It’s a private condominium development, and the only restaurant/bar is advertised as being open 12:30 pm–7:30 pm. In reality, that was false. I arrived at 6:05 pm, called immediately to reserve a table, noting the nearness of closure time, and was told they had already closed at 1:30 pm due to “no business" Literally ONE hour after opening! Shocking! Early closure happened twice during my 5 days stay, even though I had informed the hostess/chef that I'd return after an excursion for dinner. *sigh*. After being hungry on day- one following a long travel day, I found a grocery store and stocked the kitchen to prevent lack of food. Upside, when opened, the food at the restaurant was delicious!

You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant suggestion and the common Grace Bay rental suggestion. I loved the full kitchen and washer & dryer. There were beach bags available to use along with snorkeling masks and beach towels. The sun tends to go down by 7:45 so we needed to head back from the Grace Bay area by 6:50 just to be sure we had sunlight because there is also no light on the Koleche road. The rental price is "good" considering the long drives and that ridiculous Koleche road- after 2 days we got used to it though. The on-site restaurant is DELICIOUS!! The pool & spa area was very pretty. And the palapas with beach loungers on the beach were appreciated as well. There were 2 Full bathrooms with our 2 BR condo.

Very well appointed Unit- we had a jungle view unit- with a great patio, the washer and dryer were so nice. The Pool was amazing - very nice chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great very clean- very little sea grass - and even some snorkeling - chairs and palapas available - no crowding. We Used the restaurant a couple of times -- good food and drinks. The property was very nice and kept up.

Our host communicated well and was responsive. The condo was clean, well stocked for all our needs, and had a phenomenal view of the preserve land and the ocean. The beach had A TON of seaweed along the waterline but it was well worth the compromise for the private beach access with no one else in sight. The water was still clear and beautiful, we saw even sea turtles right up near the shore! 10/10 would recommend, we certainly plan on coming back in the future.

Our stay was peaceful and wonderful. The beach was nice and quiet, the room was clean and spacious. The service was very helpful and It was great to see restaurant on site that served food whenever you needed it. We had a great time..

Had a absolutely wonderful stay at resort. Condo was exactly as shown on line pictures. Pool was beautiful and very clean, ocean -beach is only a short walk away. Beach was absolutely beautiful with white sand and very clean. There is a restaurant but they only serve lunch and dinner - no breakfast. It is a remote area but if you are looking for a laid back resort - this is the one for you.

Its accurately described as secluded and it didnt disappoint. The area is beautiful, we had a view of the water. The room was very nice, had all the 'cook at home' appliances needed. Modern and comfy with a very comfortable bed.

Nice beach area, complex ok. Our unit was old and worn out. No renos done in decades. Road in was not good. On the plus side Lisa did find us a ground floor unit. When booking make sure you ask for ground level if you need it. No elevators.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Lisa the manager went out of her way to make our stay the perfect one. The food was most excellent and the property was secluded and most serene. The beach was kept immaculate. All in all this is a perfect place for relaxation and peace of mind. We give a shout out to Lisa for being the hostess with the mostest 😍

Our room was wonderful!! Everything we needed was provided. The condo facility was just beautiful, and it was immaculately kept. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing!!! Very private, quiet and secluded.

Room was very clean and spacious. Resort was remote and super quiet. Had entire beach to ourselves most of the stay. Saw bald eagles, ospreys , herons, and turtles right at the beach out front. Dirt road in was a little rough but you just had to drive slow Traffic on millennium freeway and leeward highway were brutal at rush hour in the am and pm so if you plan boat dives early stay in middle of island

Musky odor, outdated

I like the tranquility and the quietness of of the property. The staffs were very friendly. I would have like to see more offers in the dining options. Most of the guests would have enjoy a nice Friday night/Saturday night music, dance some meet ant greet. I did spoke to a few guests and they all love the property, but a bit of entertainment would definitely be more inviting, since this property is so remote. My suggestion is to have more meals and entrainment options. People don't feel safe driving in such rough terrain late in the night. But we love it.

Property is fine for the price but somewhat remote

The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach.
