Very clean room and friendly staff.

Right on the beach. Nice big pool. Perfect location. Great staff. Will go back for sure. Have stayed in many places over the years. My new favorite!

The front desk staff were very helpful, room clean, great location on beach, close to grocery store and restaurants. But no hot water in shower, hair products or working elevator.

Great stay!

Stayed 2 weeks and had no problems. Some rooms have been renovated and refreshed. It’s right on the beach. Guests are generally above 50 , so it’s pretty quiet. Wifi could be better but it works most of the time. Close to everything you need.

The toilet did not flush !!! Despite two attempts to rectify the fault we were left with no fully functional toilet. The room was tired and the air conditioning w could not be regulated. Originally told by Trisha that there were no other rooms but subsequently told other rooms were available but on 4th floor. Noise from the ocean meant you could not have a sound sleeping. I think a partial refund is in order. Hotels.com have allowed their standards to drop.

The view from room was absolutely stunning. Love that the beach is beside you. The fact that you can use the two pools. Everything was just perfect.

This was our first stay at the Blue Orchids. After spending 10 days here, we can understand why we met other guests who have stayed multiple times at the Blue Orchids. We found all of the staff friendly and helpful. Super location in the Worthing area. Able to walk to beaches, to restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking and for grocery shopping. When too far to walk, it was easy to catch a bus. Will be back!

Excellent ocean view room ideal for overnight stay 20 minutes from airport. Champers restaurant nearby outstanding for dinner and lunch. Tika bar nearby great for drinks.

The elevator to my 4th floor room was broken (not operating). The dining room is now run by a young couple who have an excellent chef who prepares excellent cuisine. I have stayed at the hotel for many years and always come back.

This is a cute little hotel on the water. It has 2 pools and a small beach front.

We are repeat visitors to Barbados and to the Blue Orchids as are most guests which says it all 💙

Excellent little property by beach with pool and access to sister property, Coral Mist. Low key and by bus stop which you can hop on to for access to a lot of the Island. St Lawrence Gap 10 mins walk. To walk along beach towards Hilton & Carlisle Bay about 45 mins walk. Bridgeyown 10 kins from Carlisle Bay. We are repeat visitors so don't want to say too much about this hidden gem lol rty Coral Mist

A traditional Caribbean vibe and not the current plastic copy and paste version. It is now my favorite place to stay when visiting Barbados.

The property itself is the best. Perfectly placed, quiet, well maintained . The rooms leave a lot to be desired…the elevator was broken for the entire month and no repair in sight. Pillows and linens are old and worn. Kitchen is basics only if that, often in need of repair. The working staff were lovely and friendly.

The elevator was not working and we had to climb every day all 4 floors and even the Airconditioning was not working. I should get some refund because of that.

Blue Orchids is the best vacation location in Barbados. The view of the ocean from your balcony is spectacular and you can walk to any and all amenities. Sure the property is a little dated and sometimes things break down BUT the dedication of staff (cleaning, reception, management, reservations and maintenance) is outstanding. They are pleasant and competent.
