We were here for scuba diving, the dive shop was excellent and would definitely come back just for that reason. They are making improvements ariund the property to make it better. The food definitely needs improvement though.

Visited this place late August 2025. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment team was great. The rooms need some updating, food variety needs improvement and i was not happy that they did not have any local beer at the bar. Received great service from Emelsia at the snack bar, from Flor at the restaurant and Destiny at the bar.

They need to do better with the food menu everyday it was the same food repeatedly got tired of it wanted to come back from my trip so bad and we shouldn’t feel that way with that amount they charge and the servers need to check up on the people to refill their drinks had us waiting there for 20 minutes or more.

This was my worst experience ever. The property is very old and it looks nothing like the online pictures. The beach area is ok. I couldn’t even stay one night so I lost my money but I just couldn’t stay. The beds are probably the same ones since they opened up.

The service was not very good, and the food wasn’t either I even got sick to my stomach. The room was not like you show on Instagram. The beach is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the service was terrible. I would not recommend this place

This is not high top resort or luxury but the beach is private and big ,with all water fun option in the place ,this is lower cost ,comparing other locations Food is okay not the best but you will not hungrier ,alcohol drink are not local they are from Guatemala , maintenance in this location need go better , AC was not good I have 3 room amd only one have good AC, not Internet ,Not TV if you like to see a movie same ,one room TV was good other 2 was bad Remoto Control, I staying my 3rd time there but only because the Beach and the things around Location .good luck if any advise you as travelers need ask !

This is a resort with mainly locals. Not many tourist. Close to snorkeling that was absolute breath taking.

My children liked the buffets and unlimited drinks. I liked the price. But it is designed for huge crowds, and that makes it very hard to keep clean in the shared areas. Also, there is no wifi in the rooms, and transportation to other sites was expensive. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a bit of wear and tear. For example, the billiards tables are in bad shape, as are the cue sticks. But overall, it was a good deal, given that meals were included. We are undecided as to whether or not we will go back.

Horrible experience

The best about this hotel is the private beaches, so beautiful and quite. I loved the entertaiment program they have during the day and night. The entertainment personnel are super friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. What I did not like: the entrance and lobby are dirty and old. It gives a bad impresion when you arrive. Recepcion does not give enough details about the hotel, activities or ways to get around. The food was cold and taisteless sometimes. There was not wifi service in the room and most parts of the hotel only near the bar and swim pool aerea.

From the beginning there was a total confusion, the shuttle did not have enough space for us, my mom which cannot walk well had to wait standing for a long time to sit in the shuttle, at the time of check in, not organized, we personally had to fill out the paperwork, I paid for the shuttle and there was no change, I left and no one gave me my change, the beach, view and premises are beautiful and the buffet is delicious, but the staff needs training, I would not go back.
