Every thing was smooth ,I can not complain about any thing would stay again highly recommened

Me and my girl friend had a great stay! Staff were very nice and always helped if we need anything. The place was always clean . Was a perfect stay for our first trip down on the island. Recommend 100%

It was very clean and nicely decorated. They had snacks and coffee at their little cafe booth. They were very accommodating and helpful. The decor was very nice. The only date back was that it said “king” bed but it was two twins put together which we did not care for. We were on our honeymoon and gap between the beds was inconvenient. Also, the AC unit was only in the bedroom but the livingroom should have one also because it’s hot and humid.

Very boho , clean, bright and contemporary apartment. Exactly as described in the advert. Lovely (small) pool but not too much shade during the hot days.

The space and room was perfect

At first I was against staying at this location as it was not ocean front. However, the view of the pool area was absolutely stunning and the location was so convenient and close to everything on the west coast including beach clubs, restaurants and night life. The 2 bedroom suite was modern, extremely clean and included a washer and drying which came in very handy for us. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom and there were televisions in the bedrooms and the main area. The price was great considering the amenities and the location. We will be back.

This was our second stay at The Palms, The rooms are well equipped with some nice extra touches, laundry basket, usb sockets built in to the beside tables and plenty of closet space. It’s very well kept, rooms and communal areas very clean and it now has a small cafe area for drinks & snacks. It’s a little gem of a resort

Absolutely wonderful stay from them sorting out the taxi, check in, room servicing and a coffee here and there..we seriously could not have expected better if we tried. Would highly recommend. Easy walk into Holetown and everything it offers.

Too far from the airport

Service from staff was easily accessible but not intrusive. Surroundings clean, tasteful, comfortable and private. Venue was excellent for rest and relaxation. Facilities - kitchen utensils, room, air-conditioning etc modern, fully functional and carefully placed for the comfort of occupants. I appreciated the layout and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would visit again.

The people were very friendly and the location was fabulous. The pool was well kept the properties very close to the ocean.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful small resort located within an urbanisation in Holetown. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and access is provided to a beach resort with a pool, bar and restaurants.

The property & location were perfect with a very spacious & well equipped apartment

While the room and the pool were adequate, I had a number of problems with this property. They ran my Amex card three times for my deposit (it showed up immediately on my Amex app even though they claimed that it had not gone through on their machine); guest laundry cost $20 but they did not sell detergent. Breakfast had very limited choices. The guest rooms have an 8 digit code you have to memorize in order to enter. A fob key or 4 digits would be reasonable. The attitude of the evening duty manager was woeful, and the lady in the morning was not much better. Sour would have been a compliment. Does this hotel not want guests? They didn't seem to. Having 'failed' to run the deposit they then wanted to take $150 in cash. As I pointed out, their faulty card machine was not my fault. And in the end, they ran my card for $450. Beware and stay somewhere that actually wants your business.

Excellent stay and will be back. Pool was perfect for non-beach days. Room and kitchen were just what we wanted/needed for our stay. Beds were comfy Beaches, restos, and groceries were all a 10-15 easy walk away. Staff were friendly and always there for what you needed. A special kudos to the housekeeping ninjas who kept the place fresh each day 🙂 Loved our morning coffee and toast on the balcony with the birds and occasional monkey 😁 If I were to make any recommendations it would only be: Serrated knife for breads Faceloths added to the bath and hand towels provided Small broom and dustpan in the units allowing for self-cleaning on those sandy late afternoons.

Content with everything apart from the poor maintenance of the apartment. Despite numerous requests the washbasin couldn’t be used as it had no plug but it was blocked and wouldn’t drain away. The maintenance operative knew about the problem and confirmed it was blocked with tree roots. Clearly, this was and still is an ongoing problem. Why are the pipes not cleared which is a relatively straightforward process. The kitchen blind was broken and remained so during our stay. Once again the management were aware of the problem but chose to ignore it. Given the cost of over £220 per day this isn’t good.

Room was clean, we has everything we needed.
