Siisti huone ja todella kauniit vuoristomaisemat. Parveke oli erityisen mukava paikka nauttia paikallista olutta ja ihailla maisemia. Hotellissa mukava henkilökunta ja erinomainen aamiainen. Armenialainen kahviPlussaa rauhallisesta sijainnista keskustan hälinän ulkopuolella. Pidin erityisesti siitä, että pihalla oli paljon koiria!

The view, service, breakfast, charm of this hotel is amazing... very relaxing and quiet atmosphere is a plus. Loved the ancient and historic items room.

Veldig hyggelige mennesker. Litt nedslitt hotell - men nybygd restaurant. Flott utsikt.

Très bonne surprise que cet hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Dilidjan. Il a des allures de chalet suisse car construit tout en bois. Decor très familial avec de nombreuses peintures. Belle et grande chsmbre avec balcon au décor désuet mais plein de charme. Comme il est loin de la route principale calme absolu. Personnel tres attentionné. Un petit déjeuner tres copieux et très varié. Possibilite de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Sehr nettes Personal, geht auf unsere Wünsche ein, alles tiptop. Die Stadt hat Potential. (kein geschaeft hat vor 9 auf, kein Restaurant vor 11, wenig los alles in allem)

Good and friendly service but there was no pool while it was advertised that there was a pool, the beds were pretty bad, no AC, no tv (in some rooms), the door of the balcony was half broken. Overal it’s a bit too expensive for what you get.

Nice place in the nature

Hotel a gestione familiare, con camere spaziose dal gusto retrò. La sensazione è di essere in una bella casa di altri tempi, con una sala piena di quadri, libri e ricordi e un bel giardino con patio. Abbiamo anche cenato per due volte, piatti semplici ma gradevoli. Un ringraziamento a Hayk per il servizio e l assistenza firnita per una gomma sgonfia della nostra auto

I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

The hostess was really hospitable. This was the most amazing stay I have ever had. The breakfast i was served made me feel like royalty. The scenery was breathtaking! I will be back while I am still living in Armenia.

Overall a nice place but few issues. no drinking water in the room. Bed ok, not very comfortable .TV did not work, old one. Breakfast was good.

A wonderful family-owned hotel with all amenities, in what is arguably the nicest town of Armenia, with lots of activities in the mountains. Try to get the junior suite. On my next trip, I will book this hotel again. Great breakfast, very good dinner and lunch (but reserve and order in advance, because the fresh ingredients take time to prepare). Place is good and clean with good food. Breakfast was good as well. Only negative thing i can say is that they charged us 9000 amd for the same exact bottle of wine that others guest houses and hotels charge us 5500 for. No big deal though
