I love everything about this place .

Lägenheten marknadsförs som 5-stjärnig vilket den absolut inte är. Frukosten levereras i en papperspåse och är möjligen OK för ett 3-stjärnigt hotel. Vi bodde fyra nätter och fick städat första gången efter tre nätter. Dock byttes aldrig några handdukar. Köket är mycket dåligt utrustat. Det är falsk marknadsföring att påstå detta vara 5-stjärnigt.

Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses by LOV This place is amazing!!! We were in Mauritius on business and decided to spend half of the trip in an apartment and half in a 5 star hotel. This place is as good as a 5 Star hotel! It is so good to be able to shop at the Mauritian supermarkets (Super U 15 minutes away by car) and buy the lovely local produce and cook a nice meal on the bbq and relax with Pheonix beer and wine overlooking the beach at sunset! We have now decided that when we travel to Mauritius we will exclusively use LOV properties simply because of the spacious accommodation, high level of luxury and great facilities and expert management. Soobhug was an incredibly brilliant host, smiling non stop and saying 'Yes' to any request we made. He was too helpful and when i needed an extension cable to allow me to work by sitting at the table and plug my printer and PC into a specific socket he brought one for me from his home! He was a wealth of local information and gave great tips for where to go for good takeaway food. The apartment B1 was huge with sleeping for 8 although it might be too crowded if fully occupied. For 4 of us it was plenty spacious. It was clean and cleaned daily by the lovely Joanita (sorry I might have got the name wrong) and she made a special effort to do a special decoration for my Son's birthday. This holiday complex is in a great location directly opening out on a picturesque stretch of beach (pretty but not swimmable due to volcanic rocks)

Very nice property everything was great, nice view, but theres an any problem, the coffee table and kitchen counter has an any infestation, we told the cleaner and she said not to eat on the coffee table thats it If it wasn’t for this would have been a 10/10 stay We were in room A4

We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Bon Azur or the area, but were pleasantly surprised by both. The property is well maintained, with excellent beach views (and access). You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up. Highly recommended!

Il n'y a rien à reprocher sur l'hébergement, le seul bémol est l'animation proche, rien à faire le soir, même pas la possibilte de boire un verre, et sortir le soir est déconseillé !!!

Nice suite with view of the ocean. Clean and fairly quiet. Some good local restaurants nearby. The suite was fairly well equipped but could have used some tea towels, face cloths & coffee filters. We tried to reach out by WhatsApp and email several times during our stay with the hotel team and got no response so there was no support in booking excursions unfortunately. With no reception at the site, it was difficult to know how to get in touch with them. Would stay there again but would not expect to get help.

Superställe! Jättefina, rymliga sviter. Stor terrass att sitta vid. Trevlig personal. Lugn fin pool nära havet (dock ej badbart vid hotellets strand). Mycket prisvärt dessutom. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Bien situé, au calme, tout le nécessaire sur place, bien placé pour profiter du nord de l’île tout y est réuni.

Ok suite with nice small pool and easy access to beach area. Not close to town areas but couple of good restaurants within short walk. Handy store very nearby. Order breakfast the day before and dinner early if staying in. Book any activities in advance

The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen.

Mold infested bathrooms, ripped linen, broken plumbing, grime and dirt on couches and floors, broken TV x 4, insufficient towels & tea towels, broken knives etc. Hard as a rock single beds. Broken Airconditioning. Cracked bathtubs in all bathrooms unable to be used. Not the photos I saw advertised, FALSE ADVERTISING.

Nice appartment on the beach, great view at s peaceful location. Nice pool area. Don't get the breakfast from the place, doesn't live up to the standard. We didn't get a refund when they forgot us on the first morning. Which gave alot of negative kommunikation with there manager Wendy, who didn't seem to be present, and absolutely not helpful. Big confusion with dates and timetable in general. Go to the place across the street where you get the bedst fresh breakfast and freshly screened juice, at a much better price. Soophug on the other hand is trying his best to help. The place is a bit run down and lack alot of kitchen things, such as a water boiler. The fridge was broken and not working optimally. Inadequate kitchen utensils and pots that were worn out. dirty furniture and pillows. All in all inadequate cleaning such as electrical switches and handles. I will recommend to have a car upon your stay, since the beach isn't good for bathing or snorkeling, and there are hardly any shops or restaurant in the area. In short, we are not going to use the Lov resistens next time we visit.

Unser Appartement A3 lag im Erdgeschoss und hatte den Vorteil, dass wir direkt beim Pool waren. Es gab 4 zimmer mit eigenen Bad und war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll war das tägliche Zimmerservice!

Great location, modern apartment, smart TV, ocean views, infinity pool. Unbelievable value for money.

Very beautiful place... Comfort apartament, frendly and helpfull staff.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful, specially the Manager Soobhug. we arrived early and was accommodated with an early check in. I would definitely recommend Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses.

Très bel appartement, très spacieux, très bien équipée, mais finition très moyennes et propreté acceptable. Le service a par contre était très a l'écoute et réactif, et la piscine a débordement avec accès direct à la plage sont top.
