The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The only thing missing was a hand towel, but that is not at all a necessity. The water in the hotel was perfect as well as the drain, which is not at all happening in all the Ghanean hotels. And the hot water was really hot. The breakfast was really good. There is a buffet in the restaurant attached to the hotel and the staff there is friendly as well. We thought that the best thing about the hotel is the fact that you don't need to go out for food or drinks because of the attached restaurant and bar. Since we are considering coming to Ghana again we would definitely choose the Niagara Hotel for staying in Accra. It's central at a good location and it's clean and comfortable. You should make the same choice.

De kamers en de service zijn goed, alsook het eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Als er iets mis is op de kamer (b.v. airco), wordt spoedig aan een oplossing gewerkt.

The hotel staff are professional, friendly, polite and helpful. Have to commend Wisdom, Vida, Vivian, Raphael, Andrews and Nathaniel for their outstanding service, they made our stay enjoyable. The hotel could do with introducing nightly entertainment, some singers or afro beat dancers would be a great addition. The hotel should display brochures of local tour operators in the reception area so guests can enjoy the sights of Accra. The food at the hotel was exceptional and the interior art work and garden area is tranquil. A few minor refurbishment would rank this hotel 3 stars.

I think that the hotel rooms are over price. For the flowing. 1 is no cable TV channels only 5 channels three locals and two internationals 2. The morning breakfast is not much too eat 3. The quality of food is very poorly. 4. The shower head was with very little pressure 5. The ac was very nicely 6. No hangers to hang your clothes.

It was lovely to stay at Paloma. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Food was good and the hotel is clean.

Paloma has very nice rooms and an excellent restaurant for various varieties of food.

Vida was very helpful at reception. Very good cleaners. Some of the waiting staff in the restaurant in the evening are miserable.

The facility needs to be upgraded to a more modern state. The staff are however friendly and helpful.

Check in was speedy and painless! The front desk gruddly assisted with printing my travel documents. The front door was brooken out, half the items in the menu were not present, the pool table didn't work, and no airport transportation. The staff were very accommodating with meals and luggage.
