The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen). Absolutely no signposts were put up to advise arriving guests as to where to check- in. I dined at a temporary restaurant that was set up in a tent ( remote from the main hotel building) but her the food was ok in spite of the surroundings.

Stunning venue with great service as always. Upgrades to dining area proved challenging during breakfast time as there is not enough space for all inside the reception during winter. Other than this the stay was fantastic and I will certainly be back.

It was a quiet and relaxing accommodation with good service. Unfortunately, due to the upgrades taking place, the limited restaurant services were not good.

The property sits in the middle of a golf course. The property is in need of a renovation and breakfasts could be better. rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

TV in room did not work on arrival, had to get somebody to fix it. Breakfast was a disgrace for a 4 star hotel. Food were cold and dry. amount quoted by Hotels.com was BWP3,914.98 but the hotel charged us BWP5,290.00, still waiting on a reply to my email.

Tyvärr, vi upplevde stället i dåligt skik. Trots enbart 12 år på nacken, har man knappast tagit möda att utföra behövligt underhåll - gäller både själva hotellet och närliggande området. För att inte tala om golfbanans beskaffenhet! Aldrig mer!

Great hotel, a little out of town, but has a golf course. Breakfast buffet could be a little more diverse, but otherwise fantastic.

Service was excellent. Room was very comfortable and location bang on the golf course amazing.

Located on a picturesque golf estate makes this an ideal leisure hotel however overpriced for what it has to offer, not a genuine 4-star......no room service after 10pm. Hotel exterior also needs some maintenance..painting.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who took good care of us throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic tranquil location and works well for those who just want to relax or play golf, however for a 4 star it is lacking a good breakfast which was somewhat disappointing and its lack of good food in the restaurants. On the pictures shown on Hotels website it is shown a grand pool, however this does not exist and is misleading and our swim gear was not used! Even though there were faults with our stay the fantastic staff made our stay very relaxed and worthwhile as a base in Gaborone!

4 Stern Einstufung ist gerechtfertigt. Unverständlich ist allerdings, warum der Vorteil der ruhigen Lage durch die relativ laute Klimaanlage (konnte nur mit Ohropax schlafen) wieder aufgehoben wird
