Stayed here several times as the proximity to the airport is great, the lake is across the street and several good restaurants are in walking distance. Also the Victoria Mall is close enough to walk to. Friendly & accommodating staff. It’s an older hotel so adjust your expectations accordingly.

Non working rooms in my experience with no working shower. EXPEDIA and ANDREITA HOTEL scam travelers and actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their lack of advertised amenities and faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night. There was only a single towel offered in the bathroom- looked used, and the television had only one working station. I quickly looked up a different hotel nearby and personally had to rebook my stay with no help from EXPEDIA. Do not book here using your bank information or debit card as you'll be unable to dispute the fraudulent charge because that's what it is.

Clean and comfortable room with a balcony overlook the lake. Convenient location, tasty breakfast, helpful staff and excellent airport transfer.

This hotel is ok, but it has seen its best days decades ago. Nice location by Victoria lake, many restaurants and Victoria mall. Complimentary airport transport.

Good locations and fine for a couple if nights

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet og personale var veldig bra og vennlige, men alt er ekstremt slitt (noe ødelagte møbler etc.) og hele stedet trenger å pusses opp!

Great value, but the hotel was a bit tired. Room was very basic and we asked to be moved to the front of the hotel to a room with a balcony and they kindly obliged. The second room was much nicer overall. Breakfast was simple, with a small buffet and eggs cooked to order. Location was excellent close to the lake and some good restaurants. Walking distance to the Victoria Mall and public transport. Complimentary airport shuttle is included, just don't forget to request it in advance.

The hotel needs a revamp to bring it up to scratch in all areas.

It would be lovely to see a variety of African foods on the menu optional to the western foods. I would be happy to pay a little extra to enjoy the African cuisine

They don't accept credit cards. So bring cash! This was a hassle. There was almost no water coming out of the shower. Another challenge. The infrastructure is old, but the staff tries their best. The free airport shuttle cost US$10.

Fridge leaking over exposed electrical wiring. Unfriendly checkin staff, tried to charge extra for airport transfer when it was included in the price, uncomfortable bed, pillow was so bad I used my flight pillow instead. The location of the hotel is great, was nice to have a balcony but the room itself was not in great condition
