Amazing views from top floor. Easy on-site parking. Staff was helpful. First room i got upstairs had a beautiful view, was very clean but the toilet didnt work. So i was moved to a room downstairs. Very old tub, old toilet, tiles need changing, musty as if it wasnt cleaned recently. The a c was nowhere near the bed. The sheets were itchy and the rooms had mosquitoes. I didn't want to ask to be moved again, so i stayed. Came to unwind and get some work done. Didn’t work out. No desk and chair in the room. The lady at the front desk, Tashema, was helpful & brought up a chair for me.

Never ever ever stay here. What a terrible property. The TV didnt work No hot water No wifi Zero amenities at or near the property. Couldn't even buy a bottle of water in the property or nearby to drink when the restaurant closed at 10am. They did have a nasty water dispenser with paper cone cups. Distasteful is the best i could offer about this property. The staff said I had to wait until the bar opened later. No consideration for guests Do not stay here $25 US airoort to hotel $50 US for a Taxi into Town from hotel $35 US from Airport ti the city Better pay the extra $10 and get access to water, supermarkets, gas station convenience stores and of course BETTER Hotels. Do NOT Stay here. They dont care about your comforts or your happiness.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. Unfortunately we went back after the first time, because we were visiting my husband's family in Port Royal and this is the only hotel there. The grounds are beautiful but our room was not very clean. We struggled to find a outlet that worked to charge our phones. The plumbing was coming out of the walls and there was a terrible banging on the walls from work being done in the room next door! The hotel is very pricey for what you get! The food at the overpriced restaurant onsite was also not very good!

Pretty basic, for the price was expecting a bit nicer. Staff a super unfriendly as well. Also youre not allowed to bring your own food and beverages onto the property.

Really nice renovations going on. Close to the airport. Really good for in the hotel restaurant Red Stripe. Plenty of outdoor seating by the water. Great place to catch a sunset! The new owner is extremely nice and has some great ideas for the future of this hotel. Can't wait to go back and see the progress.

Hotel was ok, internet terrible, service ok, view and property nice, I was charged without showing me the receipts days after checkout without my consent. Still waiting for the hotel to send me copies of receipts.

I think the price should come down 190.00 a night is too much fir jo tv access nor room service.I like the property they have several places to go.not a dull moment.Quiet cozy however wifi wasnt good if i wouldve known no tv i wouldnt stay as I wanted to relax and watch tv during dn time.However u csn just try stay out n b z until u r tired.i l felt i wouldve gotten dome money back a discount of some kind .i booked thru expedia so so will take it up with them.

It’s quiet and over crowded, the hot water is not very hot but it’s good enough. You get the best sunset views on the top deck.

minimal amenities for the price. TV did not work, no hot water. Noisy party boats and karaoke nearby my room.The rooms have minimal art and look barren. Booking online showed no reservations for the less expensive rooms but when I was on sight there were plenty available. Seems a bit dishonest to get you to book the most expensive larger rooms when I was only one person and even those top of the line rooms were nothing to be proud of.

No basic amenities in the room

The hotel view was amazing I loved that. But the tv didn’t work in the room and I wasn’t informed that they all were down until check out. Also no housekeeping came to change sheets or give extra towels. Hotel staff said it was only 1 key to that particular room.

It was a simple cozy comfortable stay. Its much better than what I expected as the reviews were making me a bit detterent but it was suitable for my stay. The rooms aren't of modern furnishings but based on the fact that its a historical community that is expected. The free breakfast was a full wholesome meal and it tasted very good. I enjoyed my short visit to Port Royal I will definitely return. Also Gloria's is a very nice affordable and taste restaurant, walking distance up the road from the hotel that you must try

They were very very very slow with the food, often ran out of minor things like coffee. The bed was hard, the safe did not work. The view was amazing though, and the food was too expensive.

Everyone was super nice and very relaxing there. Would stay again!

Tv didn’t work bathroom broken staff morale was low

Our stay was nice.

It’s a dirty motel charging hotel prices. It was filthy. No towels, no soap. We had to wait for them to clean towels. The knob on the rust and hole filled shower came right off, the toilet was plugged, there’s bugs all over and overall it’s like a hostel

This hotel is located in a beautiful location by the sea. Loved the views of Kingston & Portmore. Service at the restaurant was extremely slow due to lack of staff I think. The food was not good, we went over to Gloria’s fish restaurant a 5 minute walk (it was good & great value for money). There were no chairs on the patios outside the room which was disappointing. I did ask about this & they were in the process of providing new furniture, which is great. Overall dispute this, I would recommend for a great stopover from/to the airport & for the nearby party cruise mooring.
