Excellent service from staff!

Clean rooms, but the food wasn’t good, always the same, very little, dinner took almost 1.5 hour to come ridiculous

The Zoetry was clean and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for! Food was not that great and requires improvement.

As a Globalist…they didn't gave me my globalist benefits nor when i asked for them like room upgrade with no aparent reason. One of my two rooms had bad smell on the badroom.

The property itself was beautiful but I wouldnt go back here, it was dirty, it smelt, all the ammenities in the endless proviledges page of their hotel read up were not given, 1 restaurant is closed daily and when there are only 2 restaurants on the property that doesn't make sense, the dinner menu never changed it was same every day....the food at Dreams was not good either

The hotel was quiet which was perfect for our anniversary. Food and service was great. People were so nice. We thankfully brought $1 and $5 bills to tip throughout our trip The $200 for their comp dollars to use at Zoetry was not fair. It was a coupon book of spa and bottle service (i.e.- $40 on first day for any spa service such as a $150 regular massage or a bottle of champagne that was $60 and they gave a $10 coupon).

Loved this property. Very clean. The property was very quiet and tranquil. Although not beachfront you have access to Dreams across the street in which they can take you in a golf cart. Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). I would rebook this hotel anything.

My stay in Curaçao exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They even surprised us by decorating our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and bringing him a dessert. This thoughtful gesture made our trip extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao!

The property is just beautiful, well maintained and the experience is simply just amazing to describe in words. Food was delicious and the bed was stellar.

I enjoyed that they have top shelf alcohol and the food was chef prepared. They make dedicated meals for me because I didn't eat certain foods. The customer service was exceptional.

Inicialmente, fiquei apreensiva com as avaliações que li sobre este hotel, mas minha experiência foi completamente diferente. Fomos recepcionados pela Juliana, uma brasileira atenciosa e educada, que me fez sentir em casa. Depois, conhecemos o Fernando, responsável pelos restaurantes, e outros brasileiros que estão trabalhando arduamente para melhorar o hotel. As instalações são lindas e bem cuidadas, e o quarto é espaçoso e maravilhoso. A comida no hotel é excelente, servida à la carte, e é preparada com cuidado e rapidez. Uma das vantagens de se hospedar no Zoetry é que os hóspedes têm acesso a toda a infraestrutura do Dreams, que fica a uma curta distância e pode ser alcançada a pé ou de carrinho de golfe. A vista do mar e o pôr do sol no Dreams são simplesmente deslumbrantes, e a piscina é um local perfeito para relaxar. No entanto, notei que o restaurante do Dreams poderia ter um controle mais eficaz de mosquitos, especialmente ao entardecer. De acordo com uma atendente, os métodos de controle de pragas são monitorados pelo governo para proteger a natureza local, e por isso eles utilizam métodos mais naturais que podem não ser tão eficazes. Uma observação importante: os quartos térreos do Zoetry são rodeados por um jardim tropical lindo, mas é possível que insetos entrem no quarto, mesmo com a vedação. Portanto, eu recomendaria optar por quartos nos andares superiores.

Staff amazing, all very friendly, quality of food very good. Relaxed atmosphere.

There were bugs in the bed and the resort was not willing to change my room. I had to stay at another resort.

Absolutely loved the staff for accommodating me and my sorority this past week. They all made us feel right at home.
