We had a wonderful time! We split our time between Pineapple & Verandah! The staff at both is AMAZING!!

Beautiful resort with delicious food and amazing views. The only thing id say we were looking for was more of an upbeat vibe during the day and more entertainment at night. I enjoy relaxing but having a dj near the pool would have been fun as well. It did seem to be an older crowd(and we're in our 40s)so maybe it just wasnt the right fit for us, but, we still enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

Beautiful beach and water until an earthquake brought up to shore all the seaweed in the Atlantic Ocean. def not equipped properly. what took them 4 days with forks and shovels could've taken them much less with proper equipment. the beach towels are left overnight in specific stations so no problem getting some before 8 or 9am. crapshoot after that. Drinks strong and good ! but do bring some personal water containers to replenish from the water/ice stations on the property. straws mostly of paper. food very tasty with a fairly decent variety except for bfast where it was repeated pretty much every day. Entertainment; there a dead space between 7 and 9pm where u sit around with not even background speaker music. between 9-11 their fun squad tries their best to engage the crowd, but they need to fill that 2 hrs period with something. coffee shop NEVER had any blended drinks but good strong coffee otherwise. their pastries also on repeat but very tasty. The bar service on the beach was almost non existing but no one seemed to be bothered by it since there's a bar right next to beach. We lucked out with Kyle who took care of us once he knew the routine . THANK U Kyle! we canceled our trip advisor tours and booked locally with G man. Him and Wesmullen took great care of us at a cheaper price and private, so u might want to hold off on booking anything til u get there! most beautiful smiles and amazing people are on this island and resort! for that i would return!

property and rooms, outdated but everything in working other. guests, older, lots of quiet retirement folk atmosphere , calm and quiet Staff, friendly and helpful Food, excellent Drinks, excellent not watered down Entertainment, lacking Beach, plenty of chairs, beautiful beach Overall, quiet, friendly, adequate resort, but not much going on at the resort. Not much to do around the resort.

This place is simply spectacular. The staff is always willing to help, very attentive and friendly. We love the entertainment part. The beach and water activities are amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

This was a nice place to stay, but don’t come for comfort from the room. The coils from the mattress were ready to pop through. We were in room 935, and no elevators. It was over 80 steps to get to our room. So if you can choose a room on a lower level if steps are hard on you. The drinks were plentiful and not weak at all! They have daily activities if you’d like to attend, along with a nightly entertainment. There is no beach, or pool service. You’ll have to get up and get your own. They have plenty of different food varieties so you should be able to find something you like. What was best is the beach! This beach was by far one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited! Plenty of beach & pool chairs! No rushing to hurry and grab a chair before they’re all gone.

Really good beach and coffeeshop. Dining quality is ok. Rooms are also good.

Resort was average. Rooms were very small and need updating (stayed in pool view). Food was average. Majority of the staff were very helpful.

The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Loved our first stay at Pineapple Beach! I can’t say enough about it.. Staff — every single staff member is incredible and go above and beyond. We especially loved the coffee shop staff and the bar staff! Hotel - Some areas of the hotel are a bit outdated but it didn’t matter. We had a pool verandah room and it was like having our own private pool. We walked out our door to the Tickled Turtle pool and bar. Dining - Food was incredible. We at most of our meals at the Topaz Buffet as we didn’t want to have to get up early and stand in line just to make a reservation. Note - you can still get reservations after 8:30 if you talk to guest services and they have openings! We ate one meal at the Pineapple Grill. The food was great though the portion was so small we left hungry and went to the pool grill for pizza. I was a bit disappointed in the Pineapple Grill because the hotel website states long pants, closed shoes, collared shirt for men and no flip flops for anyone. We were one of the few people dressed accordingly. There were people in flip flops and T-shirts! According to social media posts - they have relaxed the dress code. If this is the case — the hotel website needs to be updated so everyone can save packing special clothes for dining. Grounds: The hotel has beautiful grounds that are very well kept. When we were there, the whole week was red flag due to winds so not much happening in the ocean. We would go back without question!

Great time, quiet atmosphere, fun activities, and all the staff were extremely kind and friendly. I’ve been to a lot of resorts and never had every single member of the staff be friendly like they are here, there’s usually a couple that are in a bad mood or overworked. 10/10 stay

I loved the vibe of this resort. I enjoyed all of the food and drinks, no complaints. We were in a beachfront room with two beds and it was insanely loud. We could hear the neighbors next door because there was a door conjoining the 2 rooms. And the people upstairs sounded like they were running marathons randomly. We were there for 4 days and only managed to snag 1 dinner reservation. They didn’t make it super clear that you need to jump on those reservations when you arrive. Honestly - the dining reservations and room noise level are my only 2 negatives. One personal thing I didn’t care for was the amount of people smoking. I didn’t like eating/drinking at the buffet/bar and smelling cigarette smoke from the nearby patio.

The white sand, turquoise water and palm trees were beautiful..theyre top notch. The bartenders Sonia and Kimwah were our buddies at the main bar. The snack bar and coffee house were excellent and open late.

This beach is absolutely beautiful! The food at the buffet was very good with lots of variety. We actually preferred it to the specialty restaurants that you had to stand in line to schedule, wasting sun time!

Wonderful resort!!

What was great: a very nice laid back "Caribbean Vibe." Our room was close to the great food in all dining areas; pools and beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly - we met a lot of nice people! We had a very spacious room and balcony which was large enough to fit a car on ; What was average; our accommodations-the sink was clogged up,.. had a slow leak which led to wet towels underneath, the laminate floor was buckling up ; but the staff came to fix it. The entertainment at night wasn't great; just so, so, but most of all the resort itself was very beautiful!

This was my 4th year in a row vacationing at Pineapple Beach. Every year it gets better. It still is a very relaxed atmosphere with all ages welcome, leaning towards a more mature adult crowd.. However, they have been renovating rooms and upgrading their food (and house wines!). So what was always a beautiful vacation spot with the friendliest staff, is now even better. Their beach is gorgeous. My only suggestion is that they have more beach towels available throughout the day. They have lots of different activities for those who want to partake. This year's water aerobics instructor was excellent. My sister and I are already looking forward to going back next year!

Everything is short distance walks, coffee up till 11pm was great, buffet restaurant had everything you could want, events to have fun throughout the day ongoing with entertainment in the evenings, drinks were great (mojito my fave!) We checked our calendar for next year and may be back with a group! Truely enjoyed our stay to get away from our busy lives. Very peaceful - Thank you!
