Rooms are on the 2nd floor or above, no elevator, you either pay someone to take your bags to the room or lug them up 2 or more flights - was not easy. The beach is close but the seaweed there turns it brown, so it seems a bit uninviting. Price was good

Bathrooms need an upgrade. Rooms were clean. Didn't use breakfast. Air conditioner worked well. Fitness room was out of service.

The hotel staff is always pleasant and welcoming during my stays, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I also like taking advantage of the restaurant located on the premises—it’s convenient and a great option after a day out. We continue to choose this hotel because of its close proximity to Miami Beach, just past Oistins, which makes getting around the area very easy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfectl - very easy to get anywhere either by foot or by bus or taxi.

The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The hotel needs renovation, everything is worn and needs to be updated. The gym was not open due to maintenance and his was not noted on the hotel website. Quite expensive for what you get...

The room was mosquito infested. The hotel is across the road from the beach, not on the beach as marketed. Staff was fine.

This hotel was in a great location for the beach and Oistins shops and bars, the breakfast was also very good, there was some road noise from passing cars and buses using their horns
