Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli on aivan keskustassa eli hotellilta pääsi nopeasti vierailemaan eri paikoissa. Ääntä kuului jonkun verran huoneeseen ulkoa. Katolla oli kiva, lämmitetty ulkoallas. Pidimme myös hotellin ravintoloista.

Haven of quiet, comfort, elegance and kindness amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown Nairobi: The Sarova Stanley is an amazing hotel. It is a beautiful building, immaculately maintained, thoroughly modern, yet with the feel of a world-class, historic hotel. The Thai Chi restaurant is exceptional for the quality of the food and the ambience, and the breakfast buffet, especially featuring local dishes on Friday mornings, is wonderful. The best part though is the hotel staff: warm and welcoming Hospitality Professionals, knowledgeable about their mission, proud of what they do, and determined to provide an excellent level of customer service and experience. I recommend this special place unconditionally - and plan to return!

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is amazing! Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions. They and all the other staff made our stay outstanding. Already looking forward to booking again.

The staff was very friendly helpful and provided me an extremely safe and enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve traveled the world .

It was everything I needed. If I go back to Kenya, I’ll stay there again.

The airline lost my bag. The hotel told me repeatly that my bag was on its way. Lots of times I was informed it was just about to arrive. It finally arrived 45 hours after my check in. I don’t know if it was incompetence or what it was, but I’d expect a classic 5* hotel to either retreive my bag (i’d be happy even if it had cost me $300) or get someone else to get it for me. The staff in the execetive lounge was very friendly.

Lovely stay - beautiful old colonial hotel. Pool snacks samosas & chicken. Very central can walk to KICC and Masai Market. Maxwell & Emily spoilt us in our club with drinks & snack. Highly recommended.

I had the best time my wife and I was greeted as royalty . The hotel , staf and everything was out of this world. Sam Nyuthe at the front desk made all this possible. I can’t wait to stay again. Looking forward to booking my next stay .

The staff are awesome and so professional. They were all so attentive especially Catherine the bar manager on the 5th floor. She made my dining experience extra special by recommending several delicious choices from the menu. This was my second stay in three years and I would stay there again. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was weak (the blower output at a low CFM) and almost at room temperature. I experienced the same thing my first visit. Other than that it is a fine establishment with excellent food. They make you feel at home
