Khách sạn tương đối thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, gần bãi biển. Tuy nhiên hơi cũ và phòng khá nhỏ. Chúng tôi lưu trú ở đây 2 đêm và không có việc gì trở ngại xảy ra.

Khách sạn gần MRT, có vị trí thuận tiện. Khá sạch và đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện. Tôi sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp .

The Palasia Hotel is an adequate but over priced hotel in my opinion based on my experience. The hotel could use serious renovation. The rooms smell moldy but clean. You can see the wear and stain in the carpet. Close to the road so avoid rooms on the roadside because of the road noise. The AC in my room made disturbing noise for a good rest. It would have been a serious problem if my stay was more than two nights. Good service from the friendly staff. It could be better with updated room and facility.

Very helpful staff at front desk. Good breakfast, pool, average rooms. Central location.

リノベがされ、建屋はあたらしくないですが清潔でした。

In every visit I find at least one thing new that pleases me as the facility is under renovation (only during daytime) The room I stayed had an amazing ocean view, nice air conditioning, nice and comfy bedding, bouncy towels, good hair dryer. My stay was relaxing that I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, with fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt noodles and so on. And all staff members are always kind and welcoming. I have nothing to complain about :-)

It's an old hotel and not (well) maintained. Left as soon as we could, which was three days earlier than expected.

前回はツインルームに宿泊しましたが今回はスイートルームへ宿泊、トイレの数や部屋、シャンプー等には満足しましたが、清掃のレベルや騒音にはガッカリしました。まずジェットバスを利用すると髪の毛の束が出てきた。浴槽にシャワー等が付いていないので洗えていないと思います。あとはシーツ交換の札を置いても整えるのみで交換される事はありませんでした。ずっと同じ所に汚れがついていたので同じシーツでした。ちゃんとチップも置いているのに残念ですね。あとタイミングの問題だと思いますが、上の階で工事をしているようで夜まで騒音が酷かったです。騒音は寝室がシティービュー側に面していてホテル向かいのバーのような飲食店で騒ぐ人達の騒音も夜中まで酷かったです。 せっかくスイートルームにしたけど失敗でした。ここのホテルのスイートルームはオススメ出来ません。

Habitacion grande, con vistas al mar fabulosas. 2 camas confortables. Piscinas muy bonitas. Me cambiaron las noches de fecha porque los vuelos se retrasaron, perdi las conexsiones y tuve que cambiar las fechas de entrada y salida. La manager me dejo hacer el check out mas tarde.

Everything was PERFECT

Won’t let you check in until 3 pm sharp, even though the room is ready and available. You can wait but even the bar/restaurant in the lobby closes mid afternoon, so you just have to sit and wait in the lobby

改装を行ってベッドサイドにコンセントが設置されているのでスマホの充電なども便利になりました。 シャワーの湯量もよく天気が悪いと寒いパラオでもバスタブでゆっくり温まれます。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで色々な相談にも乗ってくれ、快適に過ごせるよう対応してくれます。
