Compact quarters in the industrial side of Sumida river. Low ceiling sleeping areas. No separate toilet area. Even though each room is equipped with a kitchenette, there are no dishes or utensils; you have to check them out from the front desk. Modern industrial design. No services, l limited amenities, and only one washer / dryer for 9 units.

Courteous staff. Comfortable lodgings - perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids). Walkable to Asakusa area, Tokyo Sky tree and multiple train stations.

A nice modern property with everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is modern, in a quiet area but close to the Metro. The only thing to consider is the rooms are very small with limited head height in sleeping areas (you can’t stand up), aside from that, it’s a great choice!

The children thoroughly enjoyed the room setup and the experience of sleeping on the second level.

Place is really good for the price. Staff were amazing check out 15 min late cus my stomach was hurting and they were ok with it. They prove toiletries. Only bad thing its a bit of a walk from subway. Also they have stove and all but no pots and pans. Not a lot of room in living area.

Klare Empfehlung! Sehr günstige Lage in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse, Metro ist fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Raumaufteilung. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal!

Small but very comfortable and well equipped room, great use of space, very clean, excellent shower and bathroom, had fridge and freezer as well as a hotplate for basic cooking, good location in Ryogoku a few minutes away from the station and 15 minutes walk from Asakusa. Had convenient laundry facility.

Great location, friendly staff, extremely helpful and the space is comfortably clean.

Very good place with local quiet area.

This hotel was great, especially considering they had rooms for 4 people. The area was very clean and quiet. We used it as a hub to walk to Sensō-ji and Tokyo Skytree. If you prefer public transit there was a subway station very close. Staff was kind and helpful as well.

Nous avons été super bien reçus. Personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant comme toutes les personnes au Japon d’ailleurs. 😅❤️ L’appartement était bien conçu. Dans l’ensemble bien insonorisé. Même si parfois on entendait un peu mais franchement c’est très très correct. Car j’ai une ouïe supersonique 😂😂 Bien situé. Pas loin du train, métro.. Propreté correct. 👍 après je suis maniaque 😂😂😂 donc ce n’est jamais assez pour moi. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir 💗

Great spot, beds were comfy, bathroom is great. Very little soundproofing inside the unit though.

The staff and service at Hotel Arcens was exceptional - staff when above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even followed up with us after we checked out. The hotel is in a charming neighborhood within easy walking distance of transit as well as a number of attractions. Travellers who are tall should note that the beds are in lofted spaces with low ceiling heights, and those with mobility issues should note that there are the multiple level changes within the room.

特に気になる汚れもなく、快適に2日間休めました。スタッフさんの感じも良かったです。部屋の照明がもう少し明るくなるといいかな、嫁さんや娘が化粧するのに暗いと言っていた。
