事前に口コミでちらほら見かけていましたが、部屋に小さい蟻が発生していました。年季の入っているホテルなのでしょうがないのかもしれませんが、それ以外のサービスはとてもよかったです。

Nice place, helpful staff

This was my fourth visit to Guam, but my first time staying at this hotel. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this was by far the cleanest, most comfortable, and easiest place to relax. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future. If I had to mention one concern, the water dispenser on the 4th floor had run out, so I used one on another floor instead. However, the ice machine on that floor was also out of service. I only refilled my water bottle, but unfortunately I experienced an upset stomach afterward. I would appreciate it if the water quality and machine conditions could be checked regularly. The pool was spacious, and access to the beach was very convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

Even though the property is probably 20+ yrs old, it's kept in pretty good condition. The carpets in all hallways need replacement as every floor smells sour from the old indoor/ outdoor carpeting in hallways. We did see a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom also. The pools areas are nice and clean, although it would be such a bonus if they installed a spinner water extractor to help dry our swimsuits. The dryers cost $2 and we're all being used, so we had to bag up wet swimwear and travel with wet clothes. Besides that the hotel & staff were very nice, a bit dated, but I would recommend, especially for families. The waterside was a blast for kids & adults. Much faster than I thought it would be...

Great place, amazing amenities

「日航」の名前につられて泊まる人が増えないように投稿いたします。 古いとは聞いていましたが、ボロボロです。格安ホテルでもないのに廊下の絨毯は全面的にハゲまくり、部屋のバスルームの壁も剥がれ、、 冷房をつけても消しても結露が凄まじく、壁も鏡も水滴が全面に浮いており、絨毯は踏むとネチャーっとして気持ちが悪かったです。当然シーツもタオルも湿っています。 ベッドを開けると小さい蟻のような虫が何匹も！南国だから仕方ない？ いえいえ以前もグアムに3回来て、もっと安いホテルに泊まりましたが、そんな事は1度もありません。 スタッフも最悪です。まず初日にシャトルバスの時間を全く違う時刻を教えられ、大変不便な思いをしました。 曜日によって清掃がないのですが、清掃のある日に必ず清掃してゴミを捨ててくださいと前の日に頼んだのに、朝から出かけて夕方に帰ってきても、室内は何の変化もなく。 もう一度電話してもなかなか来ない。 ここは立地が街から遠く離れ、周囲には一切店がない最悪地帯で、売店だけが頼りなのですが、その売店すら賞味期限切れのスナックを売っている始末。恐ろしいので、一つ一つよく確かめて買わなければなりません。 グアムは、4回目ですが、日航と名がついたホテルで、こんなひどい思いをするとは！ ガンビーチが綺麗とのことでここにしましたが、もう二度と来ません！(ガンビーチに罪はありません。海はきれいでした。)

Beautiful

직원분들이 성의있고 친절하게 대해 주셔서 편란한 숙박이 되었습니다. 호텔 집기나 시설도 잘 관리되어 있었구요, 조식 부페도 훌륭했어요.

If you expect Japanese tourists in the future, please provide some nightwear, or at least let them know you don't have any. By the way, we could not see any bathrobes, but we found a very nice beach bag in our 'premier' room. According to your home page, they were both described as complementary, and we were confused.

The place was awesome, the only thing i didn’t like was the check time, 3 pm seems a long time to check in especially if your flight is early, i don’t remember seeing the check in time when i booked the room, maybe it was an oversight on my part, but otherwise it was an amazing experience.

Great staff! Hafa Adai spirit was very strong. The pool and entertainment was great and enjoyable. The views were 10/10.

The whole hotel is awesome. We had a premier room. The room was really big. The view from the balcony was a dream. The beach and the water very clean. The pool was great as well. The staff always very friendly. Lots of options at the breakfastbuffet. We would choose the Nikko hotel again

Awesome waterslide! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby was really nice but it was very deceiving when i walked into the room. It was dirty. There was hair in the shower, the mirrors were dirty, there was a dead bug on the floor. The room smelled like mildew and the furniture was very outdated and old. The paintjob in the room was very sloppy as well. Luckily i was just there one night transiting on my flight but i would never stay here again.

滞在中、とても快適に過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェも噂通り 美味しかった！

お部屋のドライヤーが壊れていて使えず交換してもらいました。アメニティーはロクシタンで良かったですが浴槽は浅くて疲れが癒されない感じ。ツインにしたのですがベットとベットの間が狭くバスルームも狭かったです。 ペットボトルのお水が用意されているのではなくお部屋にあるガラスの容器に自分で廊下にあるサーバーまで入れに行くスタイル。 ロビー階は吹き抜けになっていますが冷房が入っていなくてすごく暑かったです。ホテル施設は全体的に古さをを感じました。 オーシャンフロントで景色は良かったですが夜ビーチでBBQのショーをするので音は気になります。 でも朝食はオムレツステーションもあり種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。

景色は言うことありません！

空港までの早朝便シャトルバスがあるといい。 PBのパラソル⛱️とビーチチェアが少ない。 また、ビーチチェアはフラットになるタイプがいいと思います。

景色は良く、そこまで気になるところはなかったんですがエアコンがついたりつかなかったりしたところが残念でした。
