Nothing,the pictures you are advertising for that are false, they had a none smoking signal on the wall stayting 500 gel fine then on the breakfast table there was an ashtray full of sigart ash

ロケーションはよい。出国のフライトまで荷物を預かってくれた。 入り口がわかりづらい。英語が通じるフロントとは、電話でしかコミュニケーションがとれない。部屋の鍵の開け閉めがしづらい。鍵の開閉位置や浴室シャワーのお湯の向きが未統一なので、縦横、左右を試す必要がある。 飲むためのお湯を沸かしたかつた。

シャワーからお湯が出なかった チェックイン前の荷物を預かって欲しかったが、伝わらなかった

This is actually not a HOTEL!

Je suis arrivé devant l'hôtel ( ce n'est pas du tout un hôtel) sous des trombes d'eau à moto. A l'arrivée personne pour m'ouvrir,,après 15 minutes une cliente m'a ouvert la porte . j'ai pris une chambre au hasard. Pas de lumière dans salle de bain , propreté à revoir, je n'ai même pas essayer de me laver tellement c'est répugnant. Pas de parking, la moto dans la rue. Ce matin je suis parti et je n'ai toujours vu personne de cet "hôtel " . Ça fait 2 fois que ça m'arrive sur Hotel.com et cette fois-ci encore très déçu des propositions de ce site.

Vorsicht! Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um sehr heruntergekommene Apartments. Die hygienischen Zustände sind katastrophal. Vor Ort gibt es kein Personal, an das man sich wenden kann, Beschwerden werden ignoriert, eine Rückerstattung erhält man nicht. Ich rate jedem, die Bewertungen des "Hotels" auf anderen Plattformen (Google, Trip Advisor etc.) zu lesen, bevor er/sie hier bucht. Caution! The pictures do not show the actual accommodation. "Isaka" is not actually a hotel but a very run apartment-hostel. The hygienic conditions are catastrophic. There is no on-site staff to contact, complaints are ignored, and no refunds are given. I advise everyone to read the reviews of the "hotel" on other platforms (Google, Trip Advisor etc.) before booking here.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times. Experienced problems with electric and water supply this time. Staff here very helpful and friendly and location quite convenient albeit steep climb from nearest metro station at Alvabari

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel with a swimming pool, upscale restaurant, and shiny modern items, move on and keep looking! However, if you want a older hotel full of oddities stuck in every corner, within walking distance of the city highlights, a large breakfast that will keep you going until dinner, staff that will do everything to accommodate you, and all at a reasonable price, this is it! My wife and I, and another couple, stayed here for a week in March (2017). We're a cheap bunch so this was a great deal! We walked our legs off every day, and while the beds were soft, that didn't stop us from crashing every day after we got back. I cannot stress enough how the staff were always smiling and would do whatever they could when help was needed. My only tip is to reserve a room on the second floor as it is quieter, and to pay a little more to have your own bathroom. Other than that, enjoy the sights and sounds of Tbilisi with the Isaka Hotel as your base.

First off all the hotel manager is a lier. We went to the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning (it even cant calls the hotel) and asked about our booking.They told us that they didn't have any reservation on our name (I choose the option to pay at the hotel). I show the mail and asked check again but they surely talent that they didn't have any resevation. Then they offer to watch the hotel and staying by ourselves. But the hotel was veryyyyyy dirty, smelling awful and the personal not polite. We asked them for some letter with explaining that they didn't have any reservation on our names. But they take that didn't work with hotels.com and didn't recieve anything about it. We went out. That day at the evening this hotel charged me for one night by manual entry. They confirmed the reservation by the hotels.com at the 2 o'clock in the afternoon (after me), wait several hours and even didn't tried to contact me ( I have working mobile phone at the reservation info) and charged me!!!! I have the document where shown the late accepting of my reservation. I came back to the hotel and asked to explain but they even didn't say sorry.

We were shown a dirty room on the checkin and offered another good room on additional payment of 25 Lari per day . We stayed there 3 nights. Room service provided only on demand.

Avoid at all costs! The only thing good is the price. It's like a 20 minute walk in very dark streets to the city center. Not a real hotel, but a house with the family staying on the ground floor and all their family photos posted in the common areas and family members sleeping in couches. They knocked on my door at 11PM to get a couch they were selling to someone and weren't embarrassed at all since it is after all their house. I didn't feel like a guest but like a source of income and had no privacy. When I brought in guests I felt like the family was watching us as we went through the common areas.. kind of embarrassing. Internet not great either and neighborhood not in a tourist city area.. more like a residential dark area. Do yourself a favor, spend a bit more and get a real hotel. Litet hotell med hög flexibilitet hos personalen, vi kom 7 timmar innan incheckning men de ordnade rummet till oss direkt. Dock var standarden inte så hög, men tillräckligt bra om man bara skall övernatta.

Что можно сказать о месте где себя чувствуешь как дома, конечно же только самое лучшее. Поехала в Тбилиси одна, не зная, что меня ждет и на сколько будет комфортным проживание. Приехав в гостиницу меня встретили очень добродушно. Очень добрый и отзывчивый коллектив гостиницы радовал каждый день, утро начиналось с очень вкусного и сытного завтрака, причем не имеет значение во сколько начинается утро хоть в 8 утра, хоть в 12 дня. Хорошие чистые номера, где есть все то, что делает комфортным проживание в номере. Очень удобное расположение гостиницы, находится в историческом районе старого города Тбилиси, рядом метро и центр города, что дает возможность пройти по самым красивым и старинным улочкам города. На третьем этаже гостиницы есть балкон где можно сидеть глядя на город, так как вид с балкона дает это позволить. Хозяин гостиницы Алико очень дружелюбный и если во время завтрака находился в гостинице все время наливал очень вкусное домашнее вино. А если рассматривать цену и качество гостиницы, то за те денежные средства, что я отдала за проживание это очень дешево, так как есть с чем сравнивать (в Батуми за такую цену гостиница была отвратительной). Еще раз хочу поблагодарить Алико за столь добродушный прием и Лейлу за вкусные и сытные завтраки и за чистоту которую она поддерживала все время. Однозначной во время следующей поездки в Грузию гостиницу выберу именно Исаку. Спасибо большое!!!!!!!!

The rooms were nice and clean. We were asked to add money for a 3rd bed even after booking for 3 people. They didnt charge us afyer we explained that we alredy paid for 3 people.
