It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.

The hotel is professionally managed with staffs that are polite, respectful, and professional. The manager, Jamal, is friendly and courteous. The staffs are highly-trained professionals and are helpful. My few complaints were handled in a titmanner.

There was no available room, i was stranded for hours without any recourse to me. This is a terrible service from both the hotel and expedia.

Capital INN is a relatively cool place to stay with their touch of professionalism in how they maintain their rooms. Very cozy rooms with full working facilities.

The staffs are always willing to give there best, The Receptionist was amazing and helpful. Good job Taiwo and Kenny. It’s was a nice stay, but I think the hotel should fix there Jaccuzi, so that there customer will enjoy what they have paid for.
