The most amazing resort in St Lucia.The service was amazing. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. It feels like family. The food was top notch, very day, delicious and variety. The BBQ night dinner by the pool was absolutely epic. The Caribbean night dinner outdoors was also beautiful, and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The Tree house with jerk/Caribbean food was the highlight of the day. Flip flops wings, burgers, pizzas our lunch spot. Coffee shop always fresh coffee. One of the best resorts I visited with my family!

Everything was amazing. Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Entertainment group was top tier. Shoutout to Jamal, Gillie, Richard, Zara, Shakira, CJ, Kelsun, and so many other staff/entertainment members whose name I cant remember. The food, drinks, activities were great. Never a dull moment. Highly recommend

Coconut Bay you owe me nothing. I had an enjoyable time in August with my 10 year old son and 78 year old mom. The vacation was enjoyable for all three of us. All the staff seem happy and engaged. I like how everyone is attentive to all guests no matter the age. The kids are seen, they are attended to. Jamal at the Bars was on his way out of the bar when my son stopped him for a drink but he couldn't remember what he wanted. Jamal waited for my son to go back to the drink menu board to get the correct name, showing no sign he was in a rush, went to make the drink for him and left. A+ service, Bravo Jamal.. Coconut Bay overall, great job, remember to take care of the staff so they can take care of the guests. We will be back next summer Godwilling.

The resort was perfect for my family and I. Starting from welcoming us with a cold beverage and rag. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. Everyone at the resort were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this resort.

Everything was so great! It never felt crowded and always super clean. Staff were amazing!

I think the property needs to be renovated to give it a cleaner fresher look. Some of the staff were outstanding but there were some who were difficult or not very attentive. I think this was due to the lack of support of staff being stretched beyond their capacity. If they got more staff in during busy periods this would help to eleviate the stay.

I would typically rate Coconut Bay Resort 3 out of 5 stars, but I decided to give it a 4 out of 5 because of my kids (8 and 5 yrs old). They had an amazing time enjoying the pool, water slides, pool table, ping pong table, and flip flops restaurant. The reason for my 3-star rating is that our room was quite outdated, I was disappointed with the buffet food (no separate snacks or treats available when buffet is closed) and a few staff members seemed annoyed when I asked for ice cream for my kids (it turns out everything is closed from 2:30 PM to 6 PM before they reopen again for dinner), and on our last day, I even spotted a rat near the Jerk Hut. I wasn't a fan of local residents using the resort for a daily pass (wristband). However, there were a few things I appreciated about the resort, such as the entertaining theme nights, a great selection of alcohol, the joy on my kids' faces, and some friendly staff who helped us find a beach outside the resort that wasn't affected by seaweed. Try not to have high expectations about this place.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a nice beach on the property but I did like they offered a free shuttle to a nice beach only 12 minutes away.

I have no complaints. The 24 hours available pool is the best for me. I’ve never been anywhere else that has that.

This place is amazing, we just got home from our honey moon and enjoyed it so much! The staff is AMAZING! The adult side only is where we hung out most of the time and it felt like it was literally just the two of us most days. They come and see if you need another drink for you. The food is delicious, the events were so fun! We have 0 complaints, we will be back next year!

This is by far the best vacation ever ! The resort is very well organized , transportation is efficient to and from the airport . Food options were always fresh and delicious . Staff is attentive and kind always. They went the extra mile to make things special for my birthday !

Great service at swim up bar by Sandy and Marz. Entertainment was also great. Allround great service by staff.Would have liked more variety for breakfast. Same options over the 7 days.
